Jay is a wonderful ski location - the hill and conditions are great, and the staff and facilities are wonderful. If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place , for while there are a few restaurants and bars it is not like going somewhere like Tremblant - having said that, the food on site is VERY good!...

We stayed at Hotel Jay and absolutely loved our stay, the conditions on the mountain and the waterpark. The food is just ok - Jay could upgrade their food options - but it is not horrible by any means! We would highly recommend Jay for a family ski trip.

We had an amazing trip this past weekend to Jay peak. We arrived right on the tail of winter storm Stella, so of course the conditions were amazing! We stayed at tram haus lodge, and loved being able to walk out the door and get on the lift. The ski lockers worked well. We were on the third floor, which...

We went for hockey and had fun at the resort but it is too pricey to be a regular. Overall it was fun at the waterpark and the shuttles made it convenient. The rink was nice, the spa was great, and the waterpark was fun but limited to what is there.

Really easy stay. Stayed in the slopeside condos. They feel very retro and definitely had a younger vibe. Walked out and skied down to the lift very easily. Lots of good food on the mountain but the best were the tacos we had just off of the resort near the convenience store. This man in a Taco Truck makes the...

It's a weird one for me. It didn't impress me enough to give it a 4 or 5, maybe I can give it 3.5 if it was available. We stayed in both the Stateside Hotel and Hotel Jay. First, their reservation website is horrible. It was not user friendly to me, so I hope they do something about that. It...

As always snow conditions were superb. King room in Hotel Jay was a nice size and was mostly clean and comfortable, but we wish there had been a refrigerator in it. Water park was fun and good for one night for two adults - but no kids-free space or area which would have been nice for the hot tub since...

I love going to Jay Peak. No matter how much expansion has happened over the last 10 years, the hill just keeps getting better. There are a large number of people there but it never seems too crowded. We have stayed at properties all over the hill and have enjoyed them all although the Tram Haus is our favourite now...

Best snowboarding I've had in my life! 5 feet of snow in 3 days said it all. Water park was a blast and the accommodations were good! The kids want to come back next year. Snowboard all day swim all night grab a bite to eat and go to bed to do it all again the next day! Hope for...

What a terrible experience. We tried to check in at 5:30 and we were told our room was not ready we would get an email when it was. It was after 7. If we had been skiing all day and kicked off the mountain at 4 when lifts closed what did they want us to do? Go to dinner in...
