Detailed Reviews
We stayed in 1 bedroom unit #208 on the second floor. The unit was clean and everything was working properly. The little kitchenette had all the necessary equipment for cooking including dishwasher, tea kettle, coffee maker with few filters, paper towel, salt, pepper and dishwashing liquid. We used the sofa bed and with a lot of furniture moving managed to fit a small blow up mattress. The hotel is 4 min driving to killington mountain starship gondola and 15 min away from the main gondola. A few things that were a little uncomfortable for our family of 4: 1. The bathroom can only be accessed from the bedroom, 2. There is no place to hang jackets and very little closet space. Hooks by the entrance door would have been nice, 3. No hooks in the bathroom to dry towels, 4. TV could be placed above the fireplace to get rid of extra furniture and make more room for moving around.

Location for us was great - just down from the Skyeship Express Gondola. This was an RCI exchange. We were in a 1 bedroom, full kitchen suite on the second floor. Awesome view of the creek off the new balcony. Management has been working on repairs and reno's outside of the buildings. Unit is small but efficient and galley kitchen well stocked as we like to eat in most of our meals. Good size bathroom (although due for some upgrading there) plenty of hot water and a newer queen bed, we found it comfy but better pillows would have been nice. Although unit is rated for 4, I think it would be too tight for 4 adults and the access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Ok for small family or just a couple like us. We did go see the pool that everyone talks about. We didn't use it but the lone swimmer that was in there sure wasn't complaining! Recommend you bring groceries with you, shopping in the area is sparse and expensive. Weather wasn't very cooperative (snow, sleet and rain - typical winter) but we still enjoyed our time there. Would definitely book there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Cedarbrook. It isn't the most glamorous resort, but it serves our needs and it is in the best possible location if you want to tour Vermont.
We had a few hiccups on entering our unit, but the staff is very helpful and most things were resolved right away.
We were in unit 209 which was a one-bedroom with a small balcony that overlooked a very nice stream that runs along the back of the resort.
We stay here, more for the location rather than the resort itself. The resort is located right on Vt Rt 100, maybe the nicest route in all of New England. It runs the entire state, north to south and along with it, you find covered bridges, lakes, mountains, waterfalls, the whole package. The resort is also right on Vt Rt 4, which runs East to West, and from here you are about 15 minutes from Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, it has everything one would come to Vermont for.
AS I said, we don't come for the resort because we love to just drive country roads and tour Vermont's small towns and this location is excellent for that.

This was our second stay at Cedarbrook. It fit our needs perfectly, the kitchen was nicely stocked so we could cook in and not go to restaurants during COVID. They handled the snow well, providing a safe parking area and early morning departure for the slopes

Because of our vacation dates, we booked two reservations so we could have a full kitchen. Two nights in a Double-Double with a mini-kitchen and five nights in a one bedroom (plus pull out couch) with a full kitchen. The full kitchen had everything we needed and only salt & pepper for seasoning. Both rooms were very good (although the double-double had more space. Since our primary purpose was skiing for this vacation, this location was perfect and we will definitely be back for a spring/summer trip to enjoy the national park grounds which are also nearby.

Nice location to get to Killington Resort to ski, nice out-door heated pool. Everything in the units is outdated. They need to put some money back into each unit and bring it out of the 1960's. Beat up pots and pans, beat up electric stove, not enough knives, forks, spoons for 5 people to eat two meals a day on-site. Had to call the office and get toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher soap twice as not enough was supplied. Had to call and get salt and pepper as they said that would be in the unit and it was not. They have a faux fire place and the electric heating unit in the living area beeped constantly that the filter needed to be changed.

On April 2, 2022. I made a reservation online for Unit 204 at Cedarbrook Killington with two queen beds. The reservation was confirmed by Killington Rental Associates. On April 15, 2022, I received another email from Cedarbrook listing my reservation but for unit 216 with two double beds at the same price. I called to ask about this discrepancy and was told very rudely by the receptionist that they'd made the error because they were switching computer systems, that they shouldn't have listed the two queen bed unit, that were now no other two queen units available except one by the sewage treatment that smelled like sewage, and that there was nothing they would do for us to rectify their mistake. I explained that I made the reservation two weeks earlier in good faith, received a confirmation, that we were four big adults needing queen not double beds. I was then told on April 25, 2022 by the general manager Lisa Jameson that they were unwilling to honor my original reservation, would cancel the new one if I wanted, and would not offer any compensation (despite it being over three weeks later and rooms at other hotels having since been booked). We had to stay in the two double bed unit and were cramped and uncomfortable.

We had a nice clean room. The staff were friendly. The price was reasonable since we were there in July and I am guessing this is more of a winter place to stay. There is a nice outdoor pool. There is no breakfast but there are places nearby to get a nice breakfast. We were just passing through this area and we were happy with our night here. This is in a very scenic area. The hotel was nice and quiet.
One problem was that the email I received regarding check in took us to a wrong location. I was glad we had arrived while there was still day light as we were navigating the area w/out good google maps reception.

Went here for a short vacation to do some summer hiking. Chose this place through RCI, and turns out it would have been cheaper to book directly with the motel than spend the fees and points. Basic outdated timeshare units (A and B units). Not sure which one we had, but the interior was very outdated. Doors, rugs, kitchen and bathroom in sore need of updating. New furniture in living room. Location was further away from the Killington area than we thought.

OK Where to begin? Glad we only booked here for 2 nights. We booked a "1 bedroom with partial kitchen." What we got was 2 small adjoining hotel rooms with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and mini fridge. I would have called the kitchen none or mini not partial.
There were NO locks on the outside doors and no keys for the rooms. The rooms used keypad access code. there were no deadbolts or latch / chain locks to secure the doors on the inside.
We would never have booked this room if we knew what would be provided. Between the exchange and room cleaning fees, we paid like $130. $65 per night (plus points). I guess it was worth that cash amount but just barely. We spent more eating out then the room cost. We didn't pick other rooms that were listed as mini kitchens for the exact reason. Those might have been a better choice.
All in all if you just need a hotel room it would be OK. It looked clean.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it had a round kitchen table that we squeezed 5 of around. The resort was very helpful, call and ask them directly. They offered to store things in their big fridge if we needed (we didn’t as we just left a cooler in the car and it was January so all food stayed cold).
"No real tip except if you are used to a bed bigger than a twin, you will be very disappointed. "Read full review
