A friend and I stayed here for two nights in early March. 20 minutes from Okemo and 20 minutes from Stratton. Clean and safe. The new owners are amazing. We plan on staying here again in the near future.

On a last minute trip to the Gilfeather Turnip Festival in Wardsboro, we booked a room at Snowdon Motel. Much to our surprise, when we got there the owner upgraded our room to a bigger one, at no additional cost. Our room was very comfortable, cozy and clean. The owner was very friendly. We'd stay there again.

If you are looking for a chain, this is not for you. If you are looking for comfortable beds, super clean rooms, and not a lot of extra charges even though each room has a refigerator, microwave and good wifi. and a great view of the fall colors and the woods from the windows on the back wall of each...

I booked the place because of all the pricer hotels and Inns in the area at the time and tried to get something reasonable and clean. Forgot what it looked like on the outside till we got there. Looks like something from the Dixie cup pattern paper cup days in the 70's but it was in pretty decent condition and...

While the unassuming, old fashioned character of this motel might be lost on some, I loved this scenic spot outside of Londonderry. (It's about a 20 minute drive east of Manchester). While the fixtures and furnishings are arguably outdated, the Snowdon has a cozy charm that made me feel right at home. The shower was hot, and everything worked (including...

This place was great for the family. The owner was very kind. Though the rooms were slightly outdated, they were comfy and felt just like home. The rooms were very clean, the showers were hot and the property was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again, this place is right in between 2 major mountains that we were able to...

The owner and his wife are very nice people. The rates are average for that area of Vermont. It's a 15 minute drive of four ski areas and close to several restraunts in Londenderry and Manchester. It's basic but very clean and provides a small breakfast in the morning.

Clearly the people who wrote these reviews are either high or friends of the owners. This place is like the Bates Motel from Psycho. 1960's decor with grime and wall heating units to match. Don't get me wrong, the manager is very nice guy but this is barely habitable IMHO. The hot water didn't work do no hot showers. The...

This was a small Mom & Pop motel. The owners were very friendly. It was a nice sized room. We did like that it was out of town aways. Liked the chickens cackling around the yard. Our room really needed to be painted and had a very stale odor unless you had the window and door open all the time.
