We are probably the only people at the resort not here to ski. My grandparents are nearby, but we stay here to visit them so our kids can swim in a pool and/or go sledding. For this, it's perfect! There are multiple pools with great hours, warm water, and convenient changing areas as well as other fitness activities.

Very conveniently located near the chairlifts and swimming pool. However dining options are limited (only the cafeteria open in the morning; others close at 9PM). More importantly, and contrary to our prior experiences in Vermont, the staff were generally unfriendly and bordered on rude (except for the ski instructors who were very nice). Lastly, a request to obtain a late...

My family and I (myself, my husband and our two kids, ages 6 and 3) stayed at Jackson Gore for three nights in mid-March. Immediately upon our arrival, the problems began. Apparently check-in time at this hotel is 5:00 pm (which was never clearly stated on any of our reservation documents). We happened to arrive at about 4:15 pm and...

Stayed here before, but this place has seriously deteriorated in terms of customer service. And the walls are so thin between rooms that I can't even hear myself over the children next door. And astonishing that they rent rooms in the Inn with no refrigerator available, and no microwave. It's a ski mountain. Stay elsewhere, and save the money. I...

My husband and I went up to Ludlow the weekend of February 17. We did not stay at Jackson Gore but went there to ski and use the facilities. Due to the fact that I don't ski, my husband promised a relaxing time at The Jackson Gore Spa. I don't know if the holiday weekend (Presidents Day) made a difference...

This was our 5th visit to Jackson Gore Inn. Although it ended up ok, rough start this time. Normally, on the afternoon of your arrival with the midweek ski and stay package, your afternoon skiing is complimentary. They usually just print up our tickets without any issues. This time they did not. When I asked about it they looked at...

This hotel is a base of Okemo, so its ski in and ski out. There are a good amount of things to do besides ski, there is a heated swim out pool, hot tubs in and out, a few restaurants, bars, arcade, and spa. Also an ice skating rink about a 100 yards away, and indoor pool/fitness center 50 feet...

Be very careful going to this resort if you like your car because the valet (which was mandatory) scratched up my left side bumper (new BMW X-5 with only 6400 miles). We notified the resort manager immediately and sent photos but they refused to pay for it's repair which cost me $1,100. Upstanding resorts would take responsibility but they are...

Nice people (from check-in to check-out) , nice facility (lobby, pools, sauna, hot tubs, slopes, snow coaster) , nice rooms (studio), nice dining choices (on site and nearby), great underground parking (a surprise), super nice instructors for the children (snowboarding), all made this three day mini vacation a wonderful experience for the three generations of our family.
