We picked this B&B to celebrate my birthday weekend because it is a real family owned farm, and it has two golden retrievers – dear to our hearts. We are not disappointed. Two calves were born June 6, the morning we arrived, and 13 piglets were fighting for their spots at their mother’s belly. Home cooked breakfasts served with jams...

My wife and I spent one night at Hollister Hill Farm. The farm is picturesque and the house has a classic country feel. The room that we stayed in was at the top of the stairs. It had a nice sized bathroom AND a sauna that my wife used. Bob and Lee joined us for breakfast as well as another...

My husband, 2-yr old son and I stayed there one night on our way to Montreal. The location is absolutely beautiful, the owners extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean and large. The bed was not the most comfortable but we also had our son with us. We went in early May so the flowers and gardens were not blooming...

This is a 19th century brick home, which was the centerpiece of a 3,000 acre farm, and today it's a working farm and B&B. The room was comfortable, and super clean, with shower, old-fashion sink and a 2-person sauna! The Internet access was high speed, apparently fibre optic. Guests are welcome in the barn and fields, where there are beefalo,...

Bob and Lee run a big working farm and you are guests at the farm. That and the spectacular breakfasts Lee dishes up differentiate Hollister Hill Farm from other B&Bs. You have a chance to get up close and personal with their beefalo, chickens, pigs, cows, turkeys and ducks. This is rural farm and forest Vermont at its best. They...

We've really enjoyed our 2 days at Hollister Hill Farm. Bob and Lee provided us a warm welcome. Breakfast is gorgeous and so diversified. And the farm is just across the road, open for visits, and remains the first thing our daughter (14) talks about when she describes her holiday in the US.

Hollister Hill Farm B&B is a delight: a classic New England farm house with a comfortable well-equipped apartment, charming hosts, a working farm, flower gardens, vegetable gardens, magnificent views, and the very, very best breakfasts.

Marshfield, Vermont's Hollister Hill Farm is a storybook blend of local food, farm animals, bed and breakfast, authentic personalities, and comfortable Vermont lodgings. The farmland is splendid and leisurely walks through the pastures, on the road, and with the animals are highly encouraged. Take time for breakfast to discuss the innovative and hard-working Vermont agricultural business with hosts Bob and...

Old, young, with children, without, Hollister Hill is simply the best value and location for a getaway in north/central Vermont. It's a lovely B&B on a farm a few miles north of Montpetier, the state's very small and charming state capital. Much of the rest of the state can be reached within a two-hour drive, and it's only a long...

We spent our anniversary at Hollister Hill B&B and truly had a fantastic time. The place was quaint and charming, taking rustic elements from farm life and implementing them into every aspects of the B&B. Each room featured a special element of its own, a fireplace/sauna/etc. We selected the option of fire place, and enjoyed it thoroughly, with the hosts...
