For the price, these rooms were a great value. The beds are new and the rooms newly renovated. Everything seemed to work well. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water, refrigerator, ironing board and hairdryer. Television had cable channels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby. It will be... More

Terrible terrible customer service. We came here due to handicap accessibility which handicap accessibility was blocked by a semi. I went to the front desk to complain but a manager was not available and the girl at the front desk could care less. #2 don't ask for a handicap accessible room because you will not get any sleep. The New... More

Call the hotel directly to get the best rates. We found it much better than anything online. Rooms are spacious. We were bummed by the Pool being closed Easter weekend but there were so many unruly children staying there it would not have been a relaxing experience for us anyways.

We had booked this hotel weeks in advance for an Easter weekend of skiing. Before booking I had called the hotel to ask if the pool and hot tub would be open and functioning (as it was nearing end of skiing season) they said yes. We checked in late on Thursday night (5 hour drive from NYC) and again I... More

We drove our son to nearby castleton for a college overnight and the Cortina was a good deal. We were only there for the night so we didn't really use any of the amenities but the room was clean and comfortable.

Compared to the other options in the killington area Cortina is a godsend - almost a real hotel! Very comfortably appointed rooms, updates, but now they are 3 years out of renovation no lingering new carpet issues, very good actually for this chemically sensitive traveller. But here are hiccups. The pool is in the furthest wing of the building but... More

A nice hotel, close to ski areas. The center fireplace in the common area a really the best part. We have been coming here for years because my husband loves to ski and this is a convenient and "cute" place. However., breakfast is lacking. If you are not up by 6:30 AM, be prepared to dine elsewere. The coffee/tea bar... More

I liked the place - clean room, dated but still good bathrooms, cute interior, etc. BUT, the pillows are way too thick and there was no snow removal over the weekend (after two nights of snow). I don't understand how the owner or the employees didn't plow the snow at ALL. Even AWD vehicles got stuck trying to leave the... More

Dear Guest, Thanks for your comments. I’m pleased that you had a generally good experience with us, but I apologize that you didn’t like some of the bedding and that an equipment malfunction caused us to be slow in clearing some snow build up. This isn’t an indication of how we usually do business, and I apologize. We’re working to... More

Just got back from a fantastic weekend at Cortina. Went up to VT to ski Killington for the weekend, this place was so convenient - less than 10 minutes driving from the mountain! The decor is definitely dated, but I can appreciate that in a "rustic" ski getaway weekend. The room was clean, and that's really what I care about.... More

My husband and I stayed here in March 2015 due to its proximity to Killington and Pico. The room is clean, but it does need some updating. The pillows were so comfortable though.
