We spent a night here on our way to Quebec. The hosts, Deborah and Peter were friendly and did everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. The beds were comfortable with soft high thread count sheets. The bath towels were high quality. For a very old house, the bath room was very modern. Breakfast was delicious, with a...

The Water Lily room was comfortable and interesting although our hostess did make us feel a little like we shouldn't touch anything. Breakfast was excellent where we enjoyed conversation with the other guests that morning.

It appears from other reviews we are in the minority, but we did not have a pleasant visit. From the messy back entrance, to walking through a living room the hosts use, to being greeted in bare feet, to being criticized and treated as if we were imposing, we have never had such a poor experince at a B&B. As...

My Wife and I recently attended a class reunion and searched for a place to stay. The Hum Drum of Hotels was not high on our list so we researched The Sampler House Bed & Breakfast. What a good choice we made. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. The homemade scones and jellies and quiche we're to die for. All...

Deborah and Peter are excellent hosts and not only gave me a tour of their home, but invited me to come over and join my fiancee for breakfast on the house! The breakfast was outstanding! They even have their own...

My husband and I stayed here during a recent visit to the Burlington area. Not only was the bed incredibly plush and comfortable, the room clean and well appointed, and the bathroom luxurious with its sunken tub and lavender bath products, but Deborah and Peter were every bit as welcoming as family. (The Scrabble tiles that spelled out Welcome on...

We spent four days at the Sampler House B&B when we were in Milton to attend our son's wedding. What a fantastic experience. The room was very comfortable and despite the age of the building, the bath and shower facilities are very modern. Our hosts could not have been more hospitable. Plus, Debra is a magician in the kitchen. The...
