The Inn is comprised of two buildings-yellow and white. The yellow building is where the check-in and check-outs occur, and also where breakfast is served. It has several comfortable common seating areas. Our room was in the white building, which also included a pantry area and a large common area. Our room was on the first floor in the front...

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was very accommodating - there was construction going on outside when we stayed and we asked to switch rooms because of the noise and they were very nice and moved us very efficiently. Our room was quiet and comfortable and we ended up with an even nicer room. I would happily...

When I was driving up the street i was hoping this beautiful home was the Inn and it was. My room wasn't ready when I got there a little before noon but they let me leave my luggage there so I could run around town. You can easily walk to the Capitol from the Inn and there are shops and...

What a welcoming spot. We drove into town not knowing where we would stay. This Inn caught my eye but the sign said 'no vacancy.' I went in to see if they could help advise us of another location and they said they did have a room left. It was so cozy and comfy and welcoming. The decor is from...

Such a wonderful atmosphere here. The porch was not only beautiful but also a great place for relaxing. I highly recommend staying here. It's also in the perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown.

The pictures are no indication of the interior. Must have been taken long ago. Interior has musty smell and is hot and damp smelling. No air conditioning in rooms out back. We were offered a small fan. Windows were open and propped up with blocks of wood. Would not recommend.p, and we did not stay. Cancelled reservation after seeing.

In my opinion, this is the place to stay when visiting Montpelier. It is both a haven as well as a destination to go to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is charming and beautiful. When we come back to Montpelier, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lovely bed and breakfast, everyone is so accommodating and hospitable. Continental breakfast is a perfect start to the day and sitting out on the beautiful wraparound porch is a great way to end it!!! Its like stepping back in time...!

Extremely pleasant b&b although a bit pricey. Nice rooms with lovely antiques Breakfast was ok, nothing really special but served on nice China For such a large place, I feel they should have someone on duty for evening check ins, otherwise if your on the second floor, you have to drag your luggage up the stairs on your own.

A very nicely decorated distinguished inn in a small city. Freshly baked cookies were a nice touch! Our room was small but we were the only ones staying on that level so the common rooms allowed us more space and came in handy. The price did seem a bit high for the small room with a very old TV. We...
