I stayed in this hotel two years ago at summer. Now I came at winter. It is become a big difference. Hotel much better now – they have changed indoor design, new carpets, TVs, furniture. Their stuff still really sweet and helpful. What I like about Anchorage Inn it is free breakfast, parking space and location. Just across the street...

There should be an option for zero stars. The worst ever. A DUMP is an understatement. U.s. Disgusting. No leadership or responsibilty on the conditions or complaints. The door wouldn't lock. Had to slam it 5 times before it was latched. Daughters were told when asking about when pool we would open, the response was "soon." It was 10:00am on...

Shabby room. Dirty carpet. Outdated, noisy heater. The picture someone posted with the cigarette burns on the bed cover is accurate, mine too had cigarette burns. Other than that it was conveniently located and cheap.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. This has to be what has kept it in business this long, I believe the hotel is at least 30 years old. The outside is a bit deceiving, as the outside looks like it has been maintained. However, it appeared little money has been spent to upgrade the...

Stayed here when visiting UVM's campus last weekend. Just needed a cheap room to spend one night, so this fit the bill. Check in was very easy and the location was 8 minutes away from campus, which was great. Free wifi and breakfast in the morning (cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice). Wouldn't stay here for a longer stay in Burlington,...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Terrible smell, dirty, old, hairs in bathtub that would not fill as there was means to plug the drain, no hair dryers in room but available at front desk ( no mention of this at check-in). At midnight while asleep, my fire alarm went off as my heater began to overheat and smoke....

This place is dated, minimally clean, and definitely not handicap accessible. Carpet was stained, bathroom looked like the crew always missed the corners, the continental breakfast was barely there. Would not stay at Anchorage Inn again. Too many better hotels in Portland.

This was by FAR there worst place I've ever stayed! Found mold in the shower, not to mention that it clogged up when I took a shower. The T.V was from the '80's- one of those panasonic ones. Horrible.

This is the second time we have stayed here and I thought it couldn't be worse than the last time, but yes it has. This Inn is outdated, and needs a total overhaul. This trip it stank, the odor in hallways was undefinable, and the rooms while clean, had the smell of mildew or something. The bathroom was fading peeling...
