Stayed here for the weekend... with my husband and 2 daughters, 13 & 22. Stayed in the Heritage Room. It was a clean comfortable room and they provided a good breakfast each morning.... At the end of each day, we sat by the fire in the living room and played scrabble. Very relaxing. One thing is the bathroom is not...

Thanks for the review. Did you not know that the bath was in the hall but private for you & your family? It is stated in the room description. Seem odd to give an average score (3 star) for something that you knew about and booked anyway. location 4 cleanliness 5 service 4 and overall 3. Either way it was...

Stayed in the Cattail room. Excellent stay! Amazing hospitality! Food was amazing and they have on site pottery classes. The cattail room was a bit cold I don't know if the heat was on in our room. We didn't ask, and I'm sure if we did they would have turned it on. The walls are thin so we heard our...

If you're looking for a relaxed bed and breakfast Wilder Farm Inn in Waitfield is the place to stay. I recently spent seven days there with a friend while we were leaf peeping. Wilder farm is comfortable and homey. I loved sitting in the big comfy sofa with the fire crackling in the open fire place. The rooms are spacious,...

We stayed here for four nights, on a fly-drive trip around New England. The Wilder Farm Inn was our first stop and it was a great introduction to Vermont hospitality. There was a convivial atmosphere present throughout our stay, regardless of the different people staying there. Breakfasting was a real pleasure, with such nice people around. It was as if...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Wilder Farm B&B. Luke and Linda are fabulous hosts, the old farmhouse is very warm and open, and the food was fabulous. Visit the area and find Stowe VT, Smuggler's Notch, and the gondola up the mountain. Great place, plan on returning as soon as possible

My college-age daughter and I enjoyed an almost-perfect long weekend, thanks in very large part to our lucky selection of Wilder Farm Inn as our home base. My criteria were simple: a reasonable drive from the Burlington Airport (45 min), a room with two beds, an interesting area to explore, and favorable reviews. We signed up for a pottery offering...

My husband and I loved our stay at Wilder Farms to celebrate our anniversary! Luke and Linda are great hosts, breakfasts are amazing, creative, prepared with fresh ingredients, varied and served in Luke's craft pieces. I loved picking out a hand made mug for my coffee each morning. Beautiful pottery pieces are displayed throughout the dining room. The beds are...

The Wilder Farm Inn is a picturesque B&B in the Mad River Glen of Waitsfield Vermont. My husband and I decided to take an extended weekend for our first anniversary here. We had so much fun, ate a lot of good food, enjoyed the Vermont culture, and left feeling a little lighter. We both felt so relaxed at the inn....

The Waitsfield-Warren area is wonderful ... Waitsfield is larger than most communities in Vermont with a great variety of restaurants and a few nice shops to explore as well as bakeries. There is a covered bridge with a refreshing swimming hole. I made a wise decision to come to this area. When I looked at the Wilder Farm website it...

The Wilder Farm Inn is a charming getaway if you're looking to take a break away from the busy hustle and bustle of modern life and take a step back, to a more simple and relaxing time. The lovingly restored Victorian B&B main building has comfortable rooms with modern details added to the decor. But don't worry, you're not completely...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Wilder Farm Inn...where farm-fresh meets fashion-forward. We have made a conscious decision to create an atmosphere more appealing to today's traveler. With a relaxed vibe and some fresh decorating, it's apparent that grandma doesn't live here anymore. Gone are the days of doilies and old-time quilts. We have eight uniquely and individually decorated guestrooms which are sure to fit anyone's style. From country chic to hotel boutique, we're sure you'll find a room that's perfect for you! It's all about the food...from preparation to presentation, we take pride it what you eat. Breakfasts are freshly prepared with organic ingredients; some coming straight from our garden and others locally foraged. Our baked goods are made from scratch, and we offer a thoughtful menu featuring a creative culinary flare. What can be better?....it's served to you on Luke's handmade pottery. Our grounds are perfect for reading that book, enjoying a glass of wine, playing some bocce & horseshoes or even taking that well-deserved nap. Our property is also home to The Naked Potter Studio & Gallery, an 1840's post & beam lovingly built by the potter himself.Besides the obvious Vermont attractions, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Ben & Jerry's, the farmers' market, we love to share our local knowledge of those special hidden gems. We are passionate about making your stay exactly what you want it to be, whether its outdoor fun, fine dining, art, etc...we care.Come as Guests...Leave as Friends ... more   less
