The Innkeepers, Jon and Vickie truly made us feel like we were at home. While our stay there was not for pleasure and could have been rather stressful, because of the way we were treated at the Inn my husband commented when we left, "The trip turned out to be fun". The Inn is cozy, lots of seating areas, fireplaces,...

I and my husband were visiting Vermont for the first time and we were not prepared to go back without seeing the beautiful fall and foliage of Vermont. We did not book any hotel for our stay because we thought we will be able to drive back but soon we realized that it was impossible. Thats because we already drove...

Breakfast was truly excellent and different every day. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't have anyone walking around above us, which was nice. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the first night was quite warm although when we requested a fan they brought one. The next day they put in the AC unit (via the window) and...

Thank you for your comments which we will take to heart. I am not sure what room you were in because we do not have a third floor and all of our rooms are on the second floor. Our furniture is dated as they are antiques. I am not sure what to say about the beds as all the mattresses...

Convenient location in the heart of the Mad River Valley. Close to many fine attractions and restaurants. Rooms are simply furnished and a bit rustic but everything works. Don't expect modern finishes. Hosts are gracious but seemed a bit distracted. Breakfast above average but the parfaits were clearly pulled from the fridge and made much earlier. TV only available in...

We stayed here for two nights in August. This is an older home located right on Rt. 100 in Waitsfield. There's parking right outside the door on premises so you don't have to walk far to carry your luggage to your room. I had the Lovila Room, and I hope I'm spelling that correctly. It was spacious with three beds,...

The service offered by the inn keepers was superb. Each morning there was a nutritious and delicious breakfast. A different menu each of the 4 days. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. The town offered a variety of shops and a good farmers market on Saturday. Many good restaurants were close by, within walking distance or a short...

My husband and I recently stayed at this classic, cozy B & B with my college friends for a mini-reunion and it was just PERFECT! The inn is rich in history and its website describes the changes in the building since the 1800's, but the rooms themselves and the decor reflect the owners' appreciation of their heritage, without any sacrifice...

We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely long weekend at this charming inn with a group of friends and were treated royally by our hosts Jon and Vicki - definitely the hostesses with the most-est! The breakfasts were fantastic and we were treated to a special dinner prepared by chef Jon complete with blueberry cheesecake for dessert. Jon and Vicki were very...

Inn keepers Vickie and Jon are the best! We rented all the guest rooms for a reunion with a group of friends for a long weekend in July. Everyone LOVED the Inn and was so appreciative of Vickie and Jon's genuine hospitality. Vickie and Jon worked hard to make our stay the best! Vicky is the perfect host. Jon is...
