Great location! You’re so close to the mountain it’s so convenient. There is even a free shuttle to take to the mountain. Inn keepers were wonderful and very accommodating. The place was very clean and cozy. It’s a nice place to go and relax after a hard day of skiing. We stayed in a room on the third floor -...

We had a wonderful stay at the Sugartree Inn over President's weekend. Graham and Maxine provide a delicious, bountiful breakfast, relaxing hot tub and heavenly feather beds! We were delighted with the close proximity and shuttle bus service to the mountain. We thought the B&B was very comfortable and relaxing after a day of skiing. I would highly recommend the...

I see all the great reviews and thought others might relate to what I look for in a Bed & Breakfast. I am what you might call a "high maintenance" traveler. I don't like crowds and noisy places. I found myself looking for alternatives to the noisy, thin walled, poorly maintained condo scene. Graham and Maxine's place is an answer...

This British couple, Maxine and Graham, have created a wonderfully warm atmosphere, grounded in exceptional and genuine caring for their guests. Maxine's breakfasts are unique and delicious -- the best we've experienced at a B&B ,or elsewhere for that matter. The surroundings are fun -- spiced by the memorabilia from Maxine's career in British soccer and golf. The inn has...

Our experience at the Sugartree Inn was absolutely fantastic!! The whole show is ran by the charming British couple who own the house. Graham and Maxine go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Mad River Valley is gorgeous and the inn is literally only a couple of minutes from the mountains lifts. The house itself...

We just returned from the Sugartree Inn after a weekend trip with our whole family (we booked all the rooms!). Maxine and George were more than accomodating to our large group! The place was very cozy, very clean and well equipped. The food was FANTASTIC! There's something to be said for the AGA stove...never had such wonderful treats! Our whole...

Everything about the Sugarbush Inn is great - from the cosy, comfortable rooms to the beautiful surroundings - but to find perfect poached eggs that even some of the most expensive hotels can't emulate was the piece de resistance. If poached eggs aren't your weak spot - you'll find something on the breakfast menu that is. Thanks Maxine and Graham...

The Sugartree inn is such a lovely place to relax for a ski weekend. We spent New Years Eve there and everything was just perfect from the location to the mountain for skiing (we got fresh snow both days--you can see Sugarbush from most rooms and its about two tenths of a mile from the parking lot) to the delightful...

We spent the weekend skiing at Sugarbush and stayed at the inn where we had a wonderful time. Graham and Maxine are friendly and cheerful. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable, with a feather bed. The 3 course breakfasts were extraordinary: from the delicious hot oatmeal with maple syrup to the more ambitious Mountain of Marmalade. The menu changed...

We spent a very relaxing five days at Sugartree Inn in early October. Graham & Maxine were fantastic hosts. The Inn is very well presented and has a very homely feel. The breakfasts were fabulous and the facilities in the Inn and bedrooms were very comfortable and well equiped, not to mention the hot tub. There's a very good DVD...
