The Main Street Inn is the only place my wife and I stay when we visit our alma mater. The inn is located downtown so it's very convenient to walk to all of our favorite places. The suite style rooms are well kept and clean. The staff is always friendly and they have snacks, coffee and tea in the lobby....

First time staying here while in town for a girls weekend. Such a friendly experience! The staff was so gracious and genuine no matter how many times we went through the lobby The room itself was precious, had a separate sitting room to sit and have coffee without being confined to the bed. Also really enjoyed the space outside of...

We thought the Inn on Main street was an outstanding place to stay. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of Blacksburg, in walking distance to restaurants, the Virginia Tech campus, and local shops. The welcoming lobby offers coffee, apples or candy as well as comfy sofa and chairs. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was...

Above and beyond all other - THE PERFECT location. If cost ever comes into consideration, I think of all the cab rides I don't have to make happen. Also, literally the best mattress I have ever slept on.

We arrived for a wedding and was given a room across from a noisy elevator. Even more disappointing was that the room was literally ON a construction site. A dump truck was working so close to the window, I could reach out and touch it. When I called to complain, she told me they stop working at 3 every day....

I have stayed here twice. It is a very nice hotel, but on the pricey side. I am going to try a couple other local hotels in the future when I travel to Blacksburg. Walking distance to campus and many local restaurants and shopping.

I checked in on Tuesday 2/18 to a warm greeting from a great staff. The lobby is excellent and furnished extremely well which made it very relaxing and welcoming to someone coming in with a 6 hr drive. The ladies at the front counter were quick to make some recommendations for some great spots to eat within walking distance. The...

As a spontaneous weekend trip with friends, we discovered this quaint European style hotel perfectly located in the heart of Blacksburg. Accommodations were a comfortable suite for every couple and a cozy lobby with fireplace. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We could walk to every place we wanted to go on this frigid weekend in February. Kudos....and we'll be...

We stayed at the Main Street Inn in Blacksburg for a VT basketball game weekend. The hotel was right downtown and within walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and the Cassell Coliseum. The room was great! The bed was very comfortable and high quality. We liked the suite type design which had lots of room along with privacy. This is...

I was in Blacksburg for meetings at Virginia Tech and thoroughly enjoyed a two-night stay here. The suite was pleasant and comfortable (bedroom, nice bathroom with plenty of towels and amenities) and a sitting room. And the lobby was very inviting and cozy. It was quite cold outside during my stay and it was nice to step into the lobby...
