I stayed here October 18th. I stay in hotels 300 + nights yearly. This hotel is located close to restaurants and easy to get to from I81. The checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had an unplanned trip and hoped to get a room. Greeted by wonderful late staff who asked if we were Club Members. When she had planned on us getting the last room, she then said she has the option since we were Club Members to upgrade us to a suite and did so. We ended up in a king...

If you need a clean, comfortable room at an inexpensive price then the Quality Inn off exit 7 in Bristol, VA is a good choice. The service is warm and friendly and some rooms offer kitchenette furnishings for longer stays. While the breakfast and gym leave a lot to be desired for the health conscious traveler, this property is idea...

Upon entering room 321, we were a little surprised at how badly the room needed updating. The carpet was as worn and stained as any carpet we have ever seen in a hotel. The room itself was a standard two-queen bedroom and small. The bathroom seemed really clean upon initial glance...until hair was noticed in the tub. The bathroom door...

The hotel and staff were great. Room was quiet and very well arranged. One issue ~ we came off I-81 southbound and had no issues locating the entrance to the hotel. The ONLY problem we had ~ we went out to supper and couldn't locate the entrance road to get back to the hotel. Directly off I-81 was simple but...

we arrived on a sunday night. the hotel was quite close to the interstate, with restaurants nearby. the parking lot was half empty. that seemed odd, but we were tired and we'd already paid. the desk staffer was pleasant, energetic and efficient. check-in was a breeze. another ambiguous-to-negative sign was the display of ca 25 security cameras visible to guests....

We ended up here by mistake when Expedia booked us in Bristol instead of Abingdon where we wanted to be. It turned out well. This hotel is nothing fancy, but is completely comfortable , clean and welcoming. The beds are wonderful and made up with duvets so there are no creepy reused blankets and bedspreads. We were surprised with a...

My opinion is not quite as positive as some other reviewers. Hotel is older and dated and so was our room. Smelled like an old cheap hotel. Clean enough, but not a fresh clean room. Bedspread was worn and tacky, not what was shown on the website. Room is large with microwave n mini fridge. Bed was hard, pillows cheap...

This was a one-night stay business trip. The room was large with plenty of surface space for working. The breakfast was fine, and the bed comfortable. A mini-fridge would have been nice, so be sure to check amenities before you book. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in the area.

Room is Ok but wifi will not work in our room. Breakfast are basics. Staff is average. Clean rooms. No washer and dryer. Bit disappointed. Pool has not been working for over 1 year . they don't know when it will be fixed
