Nothing special but perfectly okay to stop for the night. We got there late and left early. Check-in was not contactless which surprised us. Also, there were signs at the entrance and at the elevators telling everyone to wear masks. The only people not complying were the staff - evening and morning.

Yeah...we were doing an out of town for a brief business visit....and chose this place because of some recent positive experiences. We were not disappointed. First, I want to say the place was incredibly clean. And we were equally impressed with the COVID-19 approach...very very clean. We had asked for a room that was quiet and got it until a late booking showed up with two crying kids. We've been there so asked the desk manager if he would put us in a quiet place....~ we were transferred within 20 minutes. The evening meal of fish and chips was awesome with staff smiling all over themselves on Holloween night. Breakfast the next morning was good to. Social distancing at all times. This place is about 6 years old and wasn't there the last time we were in Bristol. They have a CrackerBarrel right next door so whatever you want is a phone call and a short walk....~ we'll be back. Thanks to all for a great stay!!!!

Staff was friendly and easy to book a room last minute while traveling between destinations. Beds were clean and comfortable however the bathroom had mold and the room had a terrible musty/mildew smell. We all woke up in the morning terribly congested and stuffy. I always stay with Hilton and expected a better room quality. If they could fix the mold/mildew issues this would be a good place to stay.

Quick trip to go biking. Hotel was clean but entire family raved about the breakfast. Kids said it was the best hotel breakfast they ever had. I agree. Room was clean, staff and guests were all wearing masks
