My wife and I stayed at The Inn at 400 West High on 2/11/17. We received a warm welcome from the owner and she proceeded to show us around the Inn. Our room was very nice with a fun terrace outside the side door. There was complimentary coffee, tea, juice and water available 24/7. The shower in the bathroom was...

Thanks for your very kind words! We are just a hop, skip, and jump from where you live so hope you will be back soon! We have so many more wineries, breweries, etc. for you to visit. Although, maybe you can just sit on the rooftop terrace and relax too!

We visited Charlottesville for the New Year's Eve First Night, so the location of this inn was perfect......easily within walking distance of the Downtown Mall area. We stayed in the McIntire Room......a lovely room with an attached patio area. Just an FYI for those who are light sleepers, though, there was a substantial amount of street noise since the room...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will be back to lovely Charlottesville in the future! We had a tricky breakfast prep as two of our other sweet guests were diabetic and had requested no sweets.....I hope you all enjoyed the homemade scones and muffins...

Neat and clean as a pin! Staff was friendly and helpful but not overly so. Food was great! We will definitely stay there again on next visit to Charlottesville. Such a convenient location and interesting house. Steve & Barbara Birmingham, AL

This was a beautiful Inn in a great location to the town centre. We were sorry we were only able to stay for 1 night and hope to be able to return again soon. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our too-brief stay here. The charming building was comfortable and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful: the young lady who greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, the night attendant who quickly gave us shampoo, the talkative friendly cook who prepared a delicious breakfast, and owner Carolyn who made a point of greeting everyone and making sure...

We enjoyed the lovely furnishings, spacious bathroom and delicious breakfasts. Diana's apple crumble was memorable. The only bummer was paying an extra $90 for Thursday night, not the weekend yet.....

The Inn at West High has an incredible personal touch. I think of it more as a small B&B where the owner & staff really do everything they can to make your stay memorable. So comfortable w/ a wonderfully comfortable gathering space when you want to get out of your room. If the rooms weren't so charming, the breakfasts alone...

Located in the heart of Charlottesville with easy access and walking distance to the historic mall. My stay was very comfortable and cozy. The steam shower was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
