Kerry - We loved having you here for your getaway. What a great experience it was for us as well - specially talking with you at breakfast time. I do need to find out more about "sugaring". We hope you enjoyed your hiking and seeing what the breweries had to offer in the area. Take care and we hope to... More

This Inn gets it all right. Comfortable beds, beautiful/convenient location and a variety of extras make staying here a real treat. Breakfast was excellent with choices provided the night before if you don't want the regular offering. The bathroom has a basket with things you would normally pay for at other places like lens wipes, tooth paste/brush, and band aids,... More

We can't say enough about our weekend at the Foxfield Inn! They do everything they can to make your stay easy, relaxing and comfortable. We loved our room - The Hunt Room - one of the largest and very quiet. Large bathroom especially for a B and B! There were wine, appetizers, water, teas and coffees, an amazing breakfast and... Five couples in search of a great place to celebrate. We were all married in the summer of 1971 and we wanted a special place to go for this year's joint celebration. After a loittle research, the Foxfield Inn was our choice and we could not have done better. From the moment of our arrival to the final goodbye, we... More

My husband and I stayed in the Fox Hunt room over Labor Day weekend. Kathryn greeted us at the door, showed us around, and made us feel welcome. The room was decorated in a classic style, very clean, with a nice comfortable bed. Her breakfast was delicious, and very filling! The blueberry scones melted in our mouths. Kathryn also was... We were given a tour of the home, received helpful advice regarding dinner, and then treated to an aperitif. The room was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was three... More

Thank you for the kind words. Even though we are not right next door to Monticello, it is an easy drive from our Inn. With the building of the new visitor center at Monticello in 2009, its well worth the visit. Dan More
