Top notch B&B in a great location. Visited for my wife's 40th and couldn't have made a better choice. Accomodations and food were both excellent. Lots of nice touches and beautiful grounds. The owners were friendly, accessible and a wealth of local knowledge. You will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin to describe to you what a perfect weekend we experienced at the Foxfield Inn? From the initial contact to make our reservations, to sadly leaving the Inn and saying good bye to Mary Pat and John, our weekend could not have been any better. The rooms are amazing - from the canopy bed and fireplace to...

In July of 2006 my wife and I made our third trip to the Foxfield Inn. The accomodations, location and service is second to none. It is extremely clean and well organized with the perfect balance of privacy and opportunity to mingle with other guests, including the owners. Mary Pat and John are very gracious hosts willing to go the...

When we arrived, the innkeepers greeted us by name and remembered personal details about us from a stay 6 years prior. They are incredibly kind and friendly. The Inn is beautiful, welcoming and immaculate. There are plenty of places to relax on the premesis, including an outdoor hot tub, patio, hammock and screened in gazebo. There are also more than...

We stayed at the Inn four nights, and each evening and breakfast was a joyful experience. Just outside Charlottesville in "horse" country, beautiful yet convenient to all parts of Charlottesville. We hope to return again.

We felt thoroughly relaxed in this serene setting. Mary Pat and John are excellent conversationalists and offer reliable insight into the local attractions and restaurants. They made us feel totally at home during our stay. The breakfasts are varied and delicious and the wine offerings a nice way to start the evening. Definitely worth the price!

We had the pleasure recently of staying at the Foxfield Inn. The Inn itself is charming and Mary Pat and John Hulburt have anticipated their guests' every need. We enjoyed an outstanding breakfast each morning, served in elegant style and, again, Mary Pat was only too glad to accommodate a guest's particular dietary need or request. The rooms are lovely,...

If your looking for pampering, relaxing, and impeccable rooms, Mary Pat and John are exceptional in this regard. Five Starr Inn. My husband and I have been to many B&B's this by far is the number one on our list. We never wanted to leave. We loved the food and the company of the other guests. This was our second...

I recently returned from a weekend of peace and tranquility at the Foxfield Inn where hosts John and MaryPat go out of their way to make you feel at home. This lovely B&B, minutes from downtown Charlottesville, achieves just the right mix of elegance and comfort. From the four poster bed, Jacuzzi tub, and gas fireplace to the fresh baked...
