We stayed here in July 2019 while on a road trip. When we pulled in to the parking lot the exterior had us starting to question our booking as it was looking a little drab. However, after being checked in by the extremely friendly manager, and entering our room we were reminded that you can't judge a place based on outside appearance. We had an impeccably clean room with a comfortable bed. The room had a king bed, new carpet, a microwave, mini fridge, a desk and WIFI. The bathroom was extremely clean as well. For $52 per night, this place has to be the best you can get for a roadside motel room. We would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for comes to mind . However I've stayed at better places than here for the money . Don't be fooled by free continental breakfast . They have a tiny regular coffee pot in a tiny are next to reception that has one table and four chairs . Rice Krispies or Cornflakes are on offer when he got them out of the cupboard . Milk was an unopened gallon he retrieved from somewhere . Can't say how old the cereals were . That's it . When I walked through the door to reception the smell hits you . Mothballs covering up god knows what smell . Huge pile of "clean sheets, bedding were lying on the floor behind the counter yuck . Place is so run down . Rooms were clean but old and tired . My clothing stunk of smoke the next day . I am not a smoker. Booked online at advertised rate of $43. . When you do the final check out the price had jumped up to $59.95 . Why ??? That was before taxes . Did they charge for the second adult ? My suggestion is do away with the free continental breakfast ,it's a joke and misleading . And try and spruce up the place . There are approx 100 units and an empty neglected pool . I was not going to bother trying to get a refund at 11pm at night after driving for 10hrs straight . Will just avoid Knights Inn from now on

I decided to try this place because the local Motel 6 is no longer a Motel 6 (either lost or gave up its franchise). The reviews on TA actually placed the Knights Inn a bit above the Motel 6 anyhow. Maybe you have to be careful what room you get. I was "upgraded" to a king bed in room 113. I thanked the desk clerk, of course. 113 had a toilet that rocked back & forth (actually felt like it could topple over). The shower faucet was the cheapest thing I have ever seen. It shut off in multiple directions & felt like it could break off at any moment. The water spout was just hanging & I was afraid to disturb it too much for fear it could fall off & I wouldn't be able to engage the shower. The sink drain stuck in the down position, but I could pry it up with my fingernails. The bathroom had been renovated with new tile & vanity. The quality of the tile job reflects the budget Knights Inn gives this place. The workman *broke* the tile into 3 pieces to fit it around the shower head (instead of using a hole saw). Same "technique" was used to fit the tile around the spout. Very poor workmanship. The place was clean, but very old. I think the history of the place could be quite interesting. It was probably a family-run establishment back when 301 was the main road to/from Florida. All-in-all, I had better rooms at the (used to be) Motel 6 south of this place.

This hotel was perfect for my quick one night stay as I was just passing through. I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and available for help. If I end up going back to the area I would stay there. Also kids stay for free and accepts Pets they have complimentary breakfast listed I left at five am so I missed it

They gave our reservation away. Less than acceptable substitution. The carpet is old, dirty & wrinkled. The bathroom cabinet is painted plywood. There is a sliding door that doesn't work btwn room & bath. The walls are paper thin & you can hear next door conversation. The breakfast offers no protein option. This is a very sad place that needs considerable updating. It is a scary place to stay - would not recommend.
