Richard and Liz are warm, delightful hosts, and their B&B provides wonderful surroundings within which to relax, most convenient to attractions in both Hot and Warm Springs. Richard engineers an excellent pre-set breakfast and provides knowledgeable and pleasant conversation, as well. This visit, we enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed room on the second floor which features an alcove in the...

The innkeepers are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bright & clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the very inviting front porch. Breakfasts were delicious. We are very glad we chose this KVI over The Homestead for our anniversary weekend.

We chose this Inn after reading TripAdvisor reviews and staying at other local inns and hotels in past visits to the area. We had a wonderful experience. It is close to good restaurants, and a short drive on the main road to browse the downtown shops and the shops at the Homestead. We attended the Garth Newel Music Center for...

Warm, comfortable, relaxing with a very friendly couple to greet you. Beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. I would take this over a resort hotel type room any day. It's only a couple minutes from town and the omni hotel, if you want to use their facilities. A few miles in the opposite direction will get you the warm mineral springs...

The inn is about 2 miles from the entrance to the Omni Homestead but it is worth the three minute drive to stay there you are looking for a more relaxing and and affordable option. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, and there are a lot of nice touches such as homemade lemonade and chocolates and free bottled water in...

Father's Day weekend. Was going to be quite expensive for two rooms & 3 nights at the Homestead. Found this B&B. I've only stayed at a 1/2 dozen B&B's before, but this place was great. Very nice home. Very large room. Very sweet owners. Close to the Homestead. I would highly recommend this place. PS. Breakfast was fantastic.

My girlfriend and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend for three days. It's quite an exhilarating drive to King's through many narrow and winding roads with long drop-offs over the cliff side, not for the faint of heart so best to take it slow and do it while it's light out. However, the home is like a step back in...

This place is immaculate and furnished with wonderful antiques. The places that need to be modern (like bathrooms), are updated and first class. We stayed in the Richmond room and it was very comfortable with a view of the front of the property. The room has a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the views. Liz and Richard make...

Exactly what you want from a Bed and Breakfast. Spotlessly clean, warm welcome, a breakfast you wouldn't dream of troubling to cook for yourself, a lovely house, and so much nicer than the Omni Homestead. The owners are wonderful and are passionate about what they do. Highly recommended. 2 minute drive in to the centre of Hot Springs. Opposite a...

The famous hotel was full, as was most others. The host organization booked us into the only place they could find. Luckily, we stopped by early to check it out. Ugh! We refused to stay there. A room had opened at King's Victorian and we got it! What good luck. This place is beautiful and the hosts, outstanding. The B&B...
