I received an e mail today from trip advisor that Hampton Inn Lexington Va historic district had lower prices ($18 lire) I clicked on site through trip advisor. Prices were same. I needed reservations for August 1718. False advertising!

This Hampton was once a plantation home and the charm remains! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic as I have always come to expect from Hampton. First class!! Thanks!

I agree, start at the Center. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I think they would enjoy the Jackson house which is quite close to the VC. If they are boys, they would likely enjoy the museum at VIM as it has weapons. Don't forget the local chocolate shoppe!
