Checked in after 10:30 p.m. and was able to see immediately the two distinct blood stains on the bathroom wall at eye level. Then turned around to see the deplorable shower head full of mold. Absolutely disgusting! The manager should not be in that position...More

The room were very clean and spacious. Shower head was great. Full stream.
Wished breakfast were better. Everything tastes watery. Coffee too. Food were cool. Need to be hot.
Staffs were nice and pleasant.

Our reservation system does not send specific cancellation notifications. When you have to cancel, we require a 24 hour policy and you are then provided a verbal six digit cancel number. There are also different stipulations... More
Our reservation system does not send specific cancellation notifications. When you have to cancel, we require a 24 hour policy and you are then provided a verbal six digit cancel number. There are also different stipulations based on how you made your reservation. If you book through a third party, we cannot update or change that info, you must contact the third partry(i.e. Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, etc...) directly.
