My son and I traveled to Lynchburg, VA for a big day at Lynchburg College. The Inn Keeper greeted us with a great smile and 5 dogs he was caring for. We loved seeing the dogs because we were missing our own. The Inn is large, spacious, clean and so welcoming. Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. It...

Ruth Ann M, thank you so much for the kind words (and I'm hopeful there's a mistake in the numerical rating - big smile!). I am glad that you found your stay enjoyable and that you appreciate our "furry children." We are dog friendly, so, if you return soon, please be sure and bring your pup along, too. That was...

Found this beautiful bed and breakfast while bringing my son back up to Lynchburg College. The rooms are quiet and spacious and your stay includes a delicious breakfast. This bed and breakfast is merely five minutes from Lynchburg College, less than 10 minutes from downtown Lynchburg where you can eat at a variety of restaurants, 10 minutes to the mall...

Would definitely stay here again. Nice place tucked away in Lynchburg. Stayed in the apartment with 3 separate rooms. Convenient to Liberty University and also to downtown. Quiet and clean. Food was good. Classic feel and rustic charm.

From the friendly greeting to the welcome basket of snacks, rose petals scattered on the king bed and around the 2-person Jacuzzi tub, We know we were in for a treat! The room was very open and we didn't hear any noise from any other guest rooms. The electric fireplace was nice and you can position the tv/dvd player to...

This was my second visit - this time I stayed here with my sister while our children visited Liberty University. It is a convenient 10 minute drive to campus. The room was spacious and clean, and included a full kitchen which we didn't need. The breakfast was excellent - freshly made to order. The owners were personable, but this is...

We booked the Acorn Hill Lodge and Spa online because the rate was good and the pictures were fabulous and included a fantastic breakfast. As we pulled up, it did not disappoint. The lobby was warm and inviting with a beautiful winding staircase and grand piano and coffee and cookies waiting. Trish checked us in and she was so sweet...

Suite No. 2 is magnificent. Bed is very comfortable. Flat screen with DirectTV. Full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, recliner, workspace and more. Shower only but included big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Made-to-order breakfast is excellent and I was able to choose something different each day. Wanda, Robert and their staff are welcoming and respond very well...

Situated a little way out of Lynchburg, this Lodge is a wonderful tranquil escape. Built by the owners, it has everything you need beginning with a friendly welcome. We only stayed for one night and wished we had longer. The room was beautifully appointed with a lovely porch all around for relaxing with a glass of wine. Complimentary breakfast was...
