We stayed at this hotel on our return from a beach vacation. It is a convenient location off I81 and the room was clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit short on towels, but were given extras when we checked in. We were given water bottles when we checked in as well. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The room and bathroom was nicely appointed and appeared to be recently updated. There was no tea or coffee in the lobby and no breakfast. We were given a bag with two Nutragrain bars. There was coffee in the room but no tea bags. Fortunately we had stashed items from our cooler in the refrigerator so we were able to feed ourselves. There were restaurants nearby. The front desk person at check in was pleasant and helpful, but the one working in the morning wasn’t very pleasant, as others have mentioned. We were traveling during the pandemic so that might explain why there was no breakfast and possibly why the staff seemed rather unpleasant and unhelpful. If all you are looking for is a comfortable room at a reasonable price, near the highway, for a good night’s sleep, this hotel will meet your needs. If you are looking for the type of experience you usually have at a Hilton Property, especially at a Hampton Inn, you will not get it here, at this time. …
This hotel is very conveniently located. It has been recently updated and our room was modern and very clean. I would recommend this as a good road trip stop. Staff was okay. Elevators are a little old but otherwise the amenities were great.
quick overnight stay on a long road trip. Location was easy to access from the interstate. Parking was limited but even with a couple of semi trucks still had plenty of space. Checking in was okay receptionist was polite but not friendly. Room was okay but noisy. Did notice the next morning that the smoke detector was missing. Clerk seemed indifferent to it which makes me wonder what else is wrong with the place. Breakfast was a grab bag (which we did not utilize). The lobby and dining areas had furniture and other stuff stacked in them to prevent use. I understand the covid issue but after staying in seven other hampton inns during this trip, which all had some varying degrees of a breakfast except this one. Overall i wouldn't lose any sleep over passing this hotel by on any future trp.…
I spent two nights here while visiting the area. The hotel is convenient to the interstate. It was unremarkable -- no surprises good or bad. A solid choice for lodging in the area. The room was clean and the door was sealed. It was quiet. Breakfast consisted of a bag with muffin, granola bar and bottle of water. When I asked if I got any benefits for being a Diamond member, that's all I was offered. The following morning, I got breakfast at the Denny's across the street. I used the app to request my room and to unlock the doors, so I was able to stay socially distanced from other guests and employees.
