We have been going to Massanutten as an RCI member for years. They are now charging all guest $76.65 per unit per week “Resort Fee” for some recreation/amenities. Recreation/amenities cost should be covered by owner maintenance fees. I pay for the same recreation/amenities at my

Great Place to stay and enjoy. Activities are great. Units are a little dated but the resort at this time is upgrading some.Dining is great especially at the Campfire Grill and ski lodge. I love the snow tubing at night.

I've been coming here with my family for the past 4 years and never had any issues. But 2 days ago at check on Feb 15, was very disappointing. I booked this vacation for my family exactly a year ago for a week stay and at the time there were no resort fee. Apparently last

Nice big unit, but couches were awful. Felt like you were on the floor. Beds were nice and had a huge Jacuzzi tub. Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer and dryer in unit. Condo sits on the mountain with a great view and near the slopes.

Units really showing their age - furniture has lots of scratches/water marks. Towels were frayed. Resort now charges a daily resort fee of $10.95 - we were there for winter sports which we paid extra for and never used the pool.

We stayed in the Summit on Whistler Ct., we believe unit #'s 120 & 121. The views were great. We could see deer from our balcony everyday. The furniture was a little shabby, but the units were nice & clean.

I meant Unit 191UL
Is unit 11UL available from November 11-18?
You'd have to call the registration desk after you make the reservation. It might be difficult to get a specific unit, but to get an upper level might be a reasonable request.

We are staying in 107UL this week and we are in total remodeled unit. It is beautiful. I made a joke that I missed the 90s gold but seriously love the new furniture, rugs/flooring and kitchen. I pleased that all of the units in Summit are scheduled to be updated.
