I truly don't know where to begin, so I will just dive in. POSITIVES 1. Helpful front desk. Found a refrigerator for us - and put it in our room 2. Clean NEGATIVES 1. Old 2. Paneling not securely attached to wall 3. Shower is SMALL 4. Nowhere to put toiletries (dresser) 5. Beds older than the hills...and just about...

This was a drivable distance for a quick overnight stay. Close enough for a quick trip but far enough, we didn't feel guilty getting a room. The hotel was fine, it was clean, our stay was ok. The wifi was lacking to say the least. Our room keys kept getting demagnetized sitting by our phones, it took us three times...

The rooms were too small, with zero amenities for even their most expensive room. No microwave, no refridgerator, no hairdryer. The TV was old. Rooms were clean, but way over priced. There was only 2 places to eat. A small bar, which had really good food. We had hamburgers and they were really big, with two patties. The hotel also...

The first room we were given had a smell to it, no wifi and a buzzing sound coming from the thermostat. The front desk was nice and showed us 2 other rooms for us to choose. The second room was much better, brighter and had wifi. However, the TV in the rooms are probably about 20 years old and we...

Maybe we got the smaller or older rooms. But after staying in hotels for the last couple of weeks, these were by far the worst. Crazy small bathrooms and we didn't even want to shower. Again maybe we were in a different section of the hotel but we were not impressed. The staff was friendly and it looked great from...

I rented three cabins from the hotel for a family reunion of sorts in the mountains. I also reserved two refrigerators for the rooms as they did not come with them. Upon arrival two out of the three room keys did not work. I had to drive back to the hotel and get new keys. When I got back to...

The outside of the hotel is acceptable, but the parking lot is full of potholes. The lobby is lovely, but that's where the positive ends. The first room we were put in was filthy with water damage warping the wall. The bedding was old and dingy and all the furniture was water damaged. The door jammed when opening and shutting....

Interesting historic hotel, apparently owned by the Natural Bridge facility and across the street from it. Great atmosphere. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the only game in town, so we went for it. Definitely NOT worth $11.95 per person.

I would recommend the stay in the main building as the rooms are fully renovated and a pleasure relaxing while visiting the amazing natural Bridge and the light show in the evening featuring seven days of creation from the book of Genesis. Enjoy the Indian village on the way to the waterfalls.

We were given a cottage which was more like a small cabin. The cottage was in rundown condition with rotted wood outside. The inside was horrible with cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Oh yes the grand bathroom had a shower of 4X4 size and the room shook when we used the toilet. The smell in the room was terrible....
