We loved this place! The hostel is really big and the perfect place to meet other backpackers. They offer everything you need and the staff is very helpfull. The owner really wants the best for her guests and she shows that to everyone. The free breakfast is all you need: all you can eat pancakes, bananas and coffee/tea. You can...

The place has seen better days. The staff needs to renovate the whole place. You can do better. The rooms are small and the common area is kind of dirty. They still have publicity from yoga and other places that dates from 2009. I also recommend that you skip their free pancakes because the quality is bad.

I stayed here in mid November and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. There were many reasons for this; very helpful staff, large open spaces to just relax , use computers, wifi, electrical outlets, a cold pool, free tea, coffee and water refills all day, open kitchen and the generous portions of free pancake breakfast. It was reasonably quiet...

The hostel has nice facilities and cool colonial style decorations. Despite the chilled lounge areas it is kind of a half party hostel, lots of young Americans who like to drink at the hostel. Silence time should start at 11 but it goes easily close to 12. And reception ladies start to clean the rooms before 7 when people are...

Mostly positive things to say: calm and quiet, central location, helpful and friendly staff, nice free breakfast (banano, pancakes and syrup), good coffee (that's always availible!). On the negative side: small rooms. Almost no space to Open up a bag in the room...!

The place is huge, has a very nice atmosphere, includes a nice and clean swimming pool, offers plenty of good pc's plus fast wifi free of use, free pancake breakfast, plus a helpful friendly staff. And the best thing is that they don't charge you anything until the moment of checkout, that's hospitality!

I stayed here for one night in a private room. It was very hard to find, with very little signage helping to locate it. The front counter staff was not very warm or approachable, often on their cell phones or doing their nails, and ignoring you until you speak up and interrupt them. The pool on the pictures is actually...

We stayed in a private room directly above the pool in the back. It was nice and reasonably priced. The room itself was good but the bathroom was less desirable however we have came across much worst on our travels. There is option for a/c but it's was $15 extra a night which the hostel turned on from 7 -...

This hostel is way better than some hostels in the area (Backyard hostel). The rooms are clean and ventilated, they offer free breakfast (banana pancakes), the open area is spacious and it is a great place to meet new people. They provide free computer use, a clean swimming pool, hammocks, cheap trips and book exchanges. I have been here twice...
