Having now stayed in five different hotels in Grenada, zi would rate the El Almirante as first choice by far. It is a more recently built hotel (aprox five years old) and is immaculate. Everything exterior and interior is shinning clean, refreshing painted with no signs of wear. Pool while not large is adequate for swimming and very clean. Hotel...

Hotel Almirante is great! Very clean rooms with hot water which seemed like the biggest luxury after 3 weeks of cold showers. A very nice pool and they supplied lovely soft towels for our use. Very good central location. Good breakfast- the breakfast burrito was very delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Being in our 60's, one of our main priorities is a good bed and a few extra (good quality) pillows. The second is cleanliness, then location. El Almirante had this and more. it's about 3 blocks from the center, so it's nice and quiet. The bed and pillows were excellent, the staff were super helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The...

This is without question one of the best hotels I have stayed in Nicaragua. The hotel is only a short distance from the main tourist areas and the Cathedral. The rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and have AC if you need it. My room even had...

Didn't love location but still close to everything you need. Short Walking distance to centre. Clean rooms, friendly service. Great value for what you get. Only had breakfast but it was tasty. Free wifi worked consistently. Bar also offers happy hour.

I am not sure if this visit was my 4th or 5th over the years, but it has, happily, been my "go to" place when this Gringa visits from her home in Costa Rica. It is just great and reliable, punto! I love coming here knowing the hotel will be clean, the hot water hot, things work, the staff is...

You never expect this when u stop in front of this hotel. Beautiful place, nice swimming pool and the rooms are good. What do you need more? The breakfast was good, but they are not really fast, but hey we are on vacation! Some people speak English and that's a plus.

This property offers a nice little pool for a hot day in Granada. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable enough. Breakfast is a bit expensive and we did not try it. WIFI worked properly on most areas. Staff could be a bit more helpful in arranging reasonable priced transfers to other cities (it will only quote private vehicles...
