The hostel was actually a really nice hotel (it even has a pool and aircon!). The house is beautiful (it was the former Embassy of The Netherlands) and you can tell that the combination of old and new design it´s the key of it. The staff is really nice and the breakfast was an authentic nicaraguan experience. I would totally...

We stayed for a total of four nights and other than the fact that there was no hot water it was perfect. The staff were very accommodating, there was lots to do nearby and it was very centrally located. The kids loved the good Wi-Fi connection too. Food was plentiful and tasty.

It was pleasant two nights stay in the heart of Granada. This place is so cozy and so authentic, old furniture and those times surrounding bring you back to times when the spanish was here. Relaxed swim in the pool after walking all day in the sun, make you smile.

This is just such a beautiful hostel. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and there is a pool! It was very quiet when I was there and I really enjoyed just relaxing in the hostel at the pool. In my opinion, the best place in Granada.

Traveling with wife and toddler, stayed for three nights. Originally booked at Oasis Hostel, but once we realized how dirty it was (it's jam packed with teenagers and feels like a dorm) we looked over ten different places in Granada. Backpacker's Inn has great location, super gigantic rooms (old colonial house) and great pool. Breakfast is typical food, employees are...

My sisters and our friends loved our two night stay at this hostel. Super clean with communal bathrooms and beautiful dorms...like nothing we had stayed in! Really friendly staff and great location. We loved the pool and beautiful gardens. Super comfortable beds as well as a reassuring feeling of safety. Highly recommended!

We had never been to Nicaragua (and we only knew about 10 words in Spanish! Yikes!) but we were keen for an adventure. I was wondering what it might be like because it said "Backpackers" and we're not typically backpackers. We're in our (late) 40s, we enjoy nice food and 4 star accomodation on holidays but this was a different...

We spent a total of about three weeks at Backpackers Inn during our extended stay in Nicaragua, over a week in November 2015 and two weeks in January 2016. It is an elegant and historic building with a range of rooms -- from dark, small but serviceable backpacker-type rooms, to dorms in a high-ceilinged former colonial salon, and from an...

Absolutely beautiful! Stayed here for two nights, the ladies at reception were so sweet and attentive. Even made us breakfast in the morning! Although there's a delicious cafe place in town.. We had a room right beside the pool which was so nice and quiet. Very breezy! There wasn't anyone else staying there so it was very quiet but hat...
