Stayed here for one night as a part of a tour. The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were quite dated, but it was expected with the colonial name. The pool area was nice for the time that we stayed there. The city of Grenada was great with a great atmosphere at night down the main strip.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel when we visited Nicaragua in March. It was in the perfect location, within close walking distance to the central square. The rooms were very clean and we loved that they had two pools. Our 3 year old son loves to splash and play, so we always tried to find the pool where we wouldn't...

My wife and I stayed here one night during a weekend getaway. Very cute hotel, it keeps going back, and back, and back. Two pools. Bar. We had a jacuzzi bathroom. Large king bed with canopy. Great location at the corner of the central square - everything within walking distance. Air conditioner on a fixed high fan setting, so at...

We stayed here for one night as part of our Costa Rica/Nicaragua Monkey Tour. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and quite classic. The room was so pretty with a gorgeous canopy bed and a cute bathroom. There was excellent hot water and water pressure which was unique for our trip, many places did not have as good of a shower....

I go to Granada frequently, and out of all the hotels I've stayed at Hotel Colonial is by far the best, most luxurious hotel and also the best value for that luxury! Plus I love hotels that have a nice pool, and in Granada it's hard to find a hotel with a pool. There aren't many that have pools. But...

I want to start by saying the manager at this hotel is extremely accommodating. I was so impressed by his level of service.
