A great location on the central square. Great for people watching and walking to the cathedral and into Granada. Rooms quite large, well appointed, with a small kitchen type area (no cooking options). Fridge was very noisy and only appeared to 'warm' rather than cool. AC ok but not great. Shower, underpowered and usually cold. Small pool Generally quiet and...

For an old girl this building is well kept. We enjoyed our rooms and have no complaints. It's like anything in Nicaragua your perspective must be relative to the fact your in this country not a developed country. Grenada is beautiful and safe. Restaurants galour near this location. No complaints we were very happy.

This place is just a tiny bit suffering from an owner who isn't keeping up with the little bits of maintenance the place requires to retain its status of the grand dame of all Granada hotels. But that doesn't stop me from rating it 100, top of the line, best joint in town! It's smack on the plaza and is...

The staff at this hotel were too lazy to seat myself and my companions when we requested a table for breakfast. I requested to speak to the manager & explained the situation, yet still they made no effort to offer us any menus, table service, or take away options. Do not visit this establishment if you are not staying at...

We did not stayed at this hotel. However, we went into the restaurant/bar area to get a couple of beers, we were stopped by this guy who told us that we could have the beer on front of the hotel and said that there was a convection going-on at the moment. We noticed a lot of men, especially older men,...

We stayed for three nights during a guided tour. When we arrived with our group our room wasn't ready. So we got an upgrade. WOOOOOW! This is the biggest room we ever had. We entered through a long hall beloning to the suite, and entered a big reception/lounge with balcony facing the street. From the hall you also have a...

I hadn't stayed here for about 15 years, but when we returned in June I was pleased to see that there had been a lot of remodeling, done very tastefully. An added bonus was two bathrooms in our room. Only slightly disarmed by the cockroaches in the room, I remained optimistic until the next morning when I discovered it was...

Probably the nicest hotel in Granada. Wonderful location, right in the heart of town on the central square. Great service, beautiful rooms. Reasonable prices for the accommodations. Nice swimming pool and green areas. Lunch on the sheltered terrace of the hotel gives you an excellent chance to catch up on your "people watching" in the park right across the street.

Located at the central square where 'things happen' this is a great spot in the lovely town of Granada. Walking distance to any place you'd like to go but very quiet inside. Absolutely loved the garden and the poolside. All very well kept, charming and clean. My room on the second floor unfortunately had no view at all. Airconditioning worked...
