Located a short block away from great restaurants, the hotel is tranquil and well maintained. The rooms are indeed basic, but very comfortable. The double bed is firm and more than adequate. The rooms surround either a courtyard or the pool, and are not soundproof, but what little noise that enters is not disturbing. The staff has gone out of...

The building is really nice, old colonial style. The rooms are NOT noice proof at all, you can hear every whisper outside from your room. Maybe it was just because I was there on a holiday weekend and lots of local families were present with kids in the pool at 6 am and the parents loud till late at night....

Beautiful outdoors area but extremely basic rooms. Thin mattress and sheets, poor lighting and old school bathroom. Totally fine but just don't expect anything fancy. Much like a hostel. Also they have pretty thin walls, but everyone gets quiet at night so no big deal. Breakfast included but only a single egg with plain white toast.

I liked the litle pool they have, the AC and wi-fiworked very good. Room and beds are really small. In the summer it gets very hot in Granada. I would really suggest a ceiling fan in the breakfast area. Breakfast staff had a fan pointing right at them, guests were suffering. Breakfast staff is too loud early in the morning....

La Pergola is located just a block away from the main strip which has all the bars and restaurants in Granada. The town is a bit of a dump if you've been to Antigua or Flores. I think Leon has more character than this place. There is simply nothing to do here! The walk to the lake is about a...

Stayed 2 nights and was okay in that it was clean, comfortable, staff spoke English, breakfast was not all that desirable. The location was excellent as it is close by all the outside restaurants and the main square.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is great, a few minutes walk to town square and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was simple but nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bed was quite uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Air conditioning worked well, and we had hot water.

My experience at Hotel La Pergola was unpleasant to say the least. I've spent the prior month and a half backing packing throughout Central America, staying at hostels. This was the first "nicer" place that my girlfriend and I stayed at yet it's been the worst. Some of the amenities (essentially what you pay extra for) advertised include a/c, hot...

For the first week of February, we took over La Pergola. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the little pool. There was either sun or shade, depending on what you wanted at all times of the day. The breakfast daily was very nice. Coffee was good. Our room was perfectly adequate, but not what I had...

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of my roundtrip and I really enjoyed it here. There are 2 sections for rooms, around the first patio with green gardens and the second one with a pool in the middle, where I stayed. So this was kind of the down side to it, because some guests jumped into the...
