We stayed between 19th & 26th January 2013. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were helpful, courteous and informative. Nothing was too much trouble from the hotel ski shuttle bus driver (excellent service by the way) the reception staff and the waiters in the restaurant. The spacious room we stayed in (421) was very comfortable with a bath...

Hotel is really nice. Price and quality are the best. The location of the Hotel is perfect also. My kids asked to return here again. And i think i'll do so. Room, breakfast and dinner are excellent. I'd recommended this Hotel to friends and they booked it also. The personnel speaks Russian. It's really cool.

We stayed at the Hotel Elisabethpark from 22-26 December 2012. It surpassed all of our expectations and ended up being the best holidays our family has ever experienced. Hotel Room: We upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room and it was more than big enough for our family of three. We were on the street side and had a decent view...

Unfortunately I was a victim of crime during my stay at this hotel. My passport was stolen from my locked room. This is obviously a distressing incident to go through while on holiday. The hotel were incredibly unhelpful throughout my ordeal. They refused to call the police for me and grudgingly produced a map so I could walk to the...

Initially we chose this hotel mostly because of availability of sauna and SPA center which is meaningful for us in ski vacation. However we discovered comfortable hotel in old style with excellent service and tasty food. The staff is professional and helpful. The rooms are big with two showers and two restrooms and there is everything that is needed for...
