We visited this hotel 3 times since 2005. We like the location of the hotel in the old town. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The owner and her assistant are charming guests. Marcos waited us at the ferry and that is quite useful as the orientation in the small lanes of Naxos old city could be awkward. The...

Such a lovely hotel and such an amazing staff. We were greeted by Markus at the ferry. He escorted us through the winding streets to our hotel. Our room was wonderful; it was clean, tastefully decorated and we had 3 view windows. The breakfast was fabulous! Markus went above and beyond the call of duty for us, when my daughter...

The hotel is in the Old Town section with its small winding streets, charm, and good restaurants. Marcos, our host, was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made suggestions which included beaches, other areas on the island, etc. It is a small hotel which allows for personalized service, and our room was newly renovated and decorated. The view of the water...

This is my first tie in Naxos - a fortnight of work and some relaxation. I cannot imagine a better place to stay -- spotlessly clean, friendly, efficient, always a smile on Marco's face. He seems to be at the guests' disposal 24 hours a day -- he is always ready with useful advice on local places to go to,...

We have stayed at the Panorama Hotel many times and it just gets better. The beautiful winding lanes up to the old town where the hotel is situated would be a problem for us with heavy luggage if it weren't for the helpful Marcos who meets the ferry and somehow makes it all seem easy. The rooms are clean and...

I almost hate to review this place. As we might not get a room next time. We usually must have Balcony. But as the view from room & sitting options, especially the panorama patio on top of hotel was even better. Super clean, & I am overly picky. Wonderful sheets, slept wonderfully! Marcos was an excellent host! None better! Helped...

A dream come true. I have wanted to stay at Panorama for a number of years on my visits to Naxos. Our ferry arrived very late after midnight but we were given a very warm welcome at the port and guided up the beautiful alleyways of Chora. The room was delightful. clean and spacious. The views and location are wonderful...

It was great. We got in on a late ferry and someone was waiting for us at the port (otherwise it would've been very difficult to find), but he met us late. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the water, the town and the Temple of Apollo. It was perfect for our first night, getting in...

The hotel contacted us about when we would arrive so they can guide us to the hotel. This is a great service as Naxos "streets" can be confusing. It was a very hot day and when the man from the hotel saw my mom walking slowly , he knew the trip up the hill would be hard for her in...

This hotel is located by the kastro, which means it may be a challenge to those with hiking up narrow slopes and stairs which is an otherwise great introduction to old town Naxos. The hospitality of the owners/staff was amazing. It had the feeling of a bad and breakfast with incredible views of the portara and the port from the...
