We stayed at the Hotel Santa Lucia in Sept 2024. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved everything about it, the chandeliers in the lobby, the roof top terrace, the bar & lounge, the gardens, the outdoor seating, and the restaurant. Breakfast is included with the cost of your room. They had a wide variety available each morning. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the sunroom that is part of the restaurant. They had fresh fruit, fresh honey, cappuccinos, yogurts, pastries, delicious croissants, eggs, and much more. Our room was cozy & clean. I loved the sliding/tilt door that led to the balcony. We don't see windows/doors like that very often in America. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Minori was clean and we felt very safe there. The hotel is a 2-min walk from the beach, restaurants & shops. Make sure you venture through all of the side streets. We didn't realize how many different shops & restaurants there were. The Amalfi Coast is beautiful, make sure you see it from the water! We rented a boat and took ourselves on a tour, it was beautiful! We will definitely stay at the Santa Lucia again! The hotel offers valet parking for a fee, which we took advantage of. We wouldn't realize how important it is to use secured parking until a few days later when we were in PISA. A window in our rental car was smashed, & we were robbed of ALL of our belongings. We were there for 2 hours. So, beware - Use underground or secured parking!!

With my partner we spent a few days on the coast and we chose this hotel in Minori a little away from the confusion of Positano or Amalfi. Located 3 minutes walk from the sea and the beach establishments and located on the state road that runs along the coast. Certainly in the center of the small village but not on the main street (pedestrianized, nicer and quieter) where there are other hotels. Very positive note is given by all the staff, from the reception, to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. A family-run hotel but, perhaps also for this reason, it helps you spend your days in a relaxed way. The room on the second floor with balcony, quite large and with all comforts. The solution for automatically turning off the air conditioning when the window is open is excellent and sustainable. Daily cleaning is good, perhaps more attention is paid to more in-depth cleaning (presence of dust on towel rails, shelf and hairdryer). Varied and good quality breakfast, shame about the total absence of labels (I think also required by law) indicating which food it is (e.g. empty croissants, cream croissants, jam croissants). The quality of the dishes offered by the restaurant is also good, offering a refined environment. The hotel also has secure parking available (€20 per day, not excessive considering the place) and welcomes our little puppies.

You can check in from 2pm and park your car in the hotel car park from that time from 2pm to 11am the next day at a cost of 20€ unfortunately parking is not included. In the room there is a mini bar with water price list 2€ drinks 3€ prosecco small 6€. The structure is beautiful. The rooms were spotless. Even the small and cheap rooms had literally everything air conditioning, spotless bathroom, TV , mini bar , double bed and a small balcony I loved it I could lay out the costume and the beach towel. Breakfast the strong point sweet and savory buffet. Super positive experience, spotless room, delicious breakfast. All great thanks

The design of the hotel (and even the cheapest room) gives you the upscale feeling. Highly impressed with the nice touches, such as imprint of the logos on the towels and little toiletries. Very unusual concept of clothes storage. Ac in the room. Breakfast buffet has lots of varieties to choose from : juices, eggs, bacon, breads, cold cuts, pies, cakes, muffins, croissants, and even an actual honeycomb for pancakes (very impressive).
However, housekeeping needs to step up their game in cleaning the bathroom. There were lots of small hair and dirt particles on the toilet and lots of mold on the shower hose and holder. Also, there is a note in the elevator not to bring food into a room (huh?). As long as i pay for the room, i can do whatever i want in there, especially consume some food. There is no outlet in the bathroom. Had to stuggle with my hair styler. And based on some old reviews, I thought this hotel had a hot tub on the roof and private beach access. In reality, it doesn't have either of those. For the beach, they offered 2 seats and an umbrella for 20 euros a day. But the company who runs the beach has nothing to do with the hotel and rent those for the same price to anybody. So why would I get this service thru hotel? You can't even offer a better price for your guests? Especially since the price of the hotel is $200 per night?

In summary: it didn't convince me, I wouldn't go back. From a 4 star hotel and the price paid I expect much more! Average room, an area with sofa and table and the sleeping area with bed and bathroom at the end, average cleanliness, small TV compared to the room, slightly dated air conditioners. The breakfast was disappointing, in a context like this, in Minori, near Salerno, Naples etc., a stone's throw from renowned pastry shops, I cannot be satisfied with croissoints and some frozen croissants which were also empty and without indications of what they were inside and of the drinks dispensed from common cappuccino coffee machines etc... There were also a couple of cakes, I guess fresh but not to my liking. There was also the savory part on the buffet and the part with cereals, yogurt etc. but as I don't prefer breakfast I cannot evaluate it. I mean that at the buffet there was a bit of everything but what little sweet there was I would have preferred quality products considering the territory.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a Tui holiday package with room and half board. I love this family run hotel. I was last here 2 years ago and they still remembered me. Rooms are small but well equipped with safe, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea bags etc. Buffet breakfast and dinner every day was excellent. I had a balcony room overlooking the main street. It can get quite noisy with traffic but it is fun to watch all the people going by. In the evening, the traffic noise dies down and the balcony doors insulates the sound very well. I had no problem sleeping! I prefer staying in Minori rather than Maiori or Amalfi. Much quieter and less hectic. You can easily catch ferries up or down the coast . There is also a ferry to Capri. Bus stop is just feet away from the hotel.

Superb hotel at the entrance of Minori. They received us very kindly, they arranged a paid parking to our service (20€ per day) perfect for storing motorbikes. The rooms are more than correct. Ours was beautiful. The tourist tax seems excessive, but that is not the fault of the hotel.
Very friendly staff. The bartender learned to make "summer reds" and acquired perfection.
The hotel has its own restaurant. Good food, but expensive. It is worth walking around the village and finding cheaper alternatives.

The location of this hotel is great, a couple of minutes from the town square and the beach. Public transit is right outside the door so for 1 euro 50 you can hop on and go along the Amalfi coast. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice balcony over the street. The have a nice sitting area at the side and the front of the hotel. Staff are pleasantly friendly and will take care of most of your questions. The restaurant was amazing. We had dinner included in our stay and I must say the quality and presentation was outstanding. I would most certainly stay here again.

Traditional Italian family hotel, friendly, clean and welcoming. As part of a two centre stay on the Amalfi Coast, Minori is a small fishing village between Amalfi & Maiori with a community vibe and excellent restaurants, beach bars and street market. Reasonable priced hotel restaurant and excellent continental breakfast. Rooms facing the road can be noisy but the double glazed sliding doors allows a good night sleep. Ask for a rear hotel room, but loose out on the balcony. All the amenities, excellent air conditioning and clean but small showrooms. Would stay again.

Well first of all we visit Minori every year and usually stay at Villa Romana which is a particular favourite of ours. This hotel is ideally placed and the family who own the hotel are beautiful. The decor is antiquated and very authentic, however, my other half is celiac and allergic to gluten/wheat. The choice for her for breakfast was very very poor and in general, the breakfast was a real let down. My other half was offered 2 pieces of gluten free bread on the first and second day, gluten free croissant on the third day and back to 2 pieces of bread the rest of the week. For everyone else, not everyone wants to eat salami, cheese and salad or hard boiled egg and some pastries every day. There are plenty of pastry options and there is a bacon and scrambled egg option, however the bacon was vastly undercooked and the egg was baked and was burnt every day which ruined the taste.
Our main complaint was that we were put in a very small room and as the temperature in Minori was between 35 and 38 each day the air conditioner in our room did not work. We asked for this to be resolved every day but nothing was ever done. As I stated the family who own this hotel are really lovely people and were polite and tried to do their best for us but little things let this place down. The solarium on the roof was promising however the sun loungers were dated and on one occasion broke when I was lying on it resulting in me falling back against the wall and scratching my back badly. They had a blow up jacuzzi as their dipping pool!!!
If these minor faults were ironed out and people with allergens were catered for properly and the breakfast was reinvented to give a better choice it would be a more appealing stay, as well as updating the air conditioning. Finally if they had a proper pool on the roof it would be a game changer.
Hope this helps.
