Absolutely beautiful. Amazing setting with breathtaking views, windswept terraces, and secluded gardens. A truly great balance of old and new, allowing for appreciation of the old monastery but with modern touch and conveniences. Very well done.

I can't remember ever staying at a hotel with a better view. Paid a little extra for a balcony and it was well worth it. The food and service were excellent too. The rooms were relatively simple but charming and very much in keeping with the building. Overall, the setting, in a 15th century castle is stunning and really worth...

Upon coming here our second time, the take away message is that it only gets better. The ambience embodies Neapolitan warmth with the sophistication of Capri. As for the food, it is a cut above, with a view to match. In short, there's nothing like staying at a historic castle while the Ischia Film Fest is in motion. Cinque Stelle!

This hotel is magical. From location to service, I could not believe my eyes, and I certainly did not want to leave. Room 21 has a small terrace, and is THE ROOM you need to ask for. The pictures I will post don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed. I originally booked this part of the trip...

Best location on the island, tucked high above the crowds. We had an incredible view from Room 21 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel serves a tasty breakfast each morning and we dined at the restaurant in the evening and the food was quite good as well. But the highlight definitely is the location, tucked away in the Aragonese...

The place is wonderful, the view is amazing and all the people over there are SO NICE and helpful. It is very quiet, smooth and the diner we hade over there was cooked mainly with vegetables grown in the hotel's garden.

This place is simply amazing....views to Ischia is incredible especially at sunset. Rooms are comfortable even though it was a convent before. History is present everywhere throughout the hotel... It is built on a small island connected to Ischia through a bridge, no cars are admitted

Super cool!!!! Old monastery converted into an hotel...breathtaking views of the deep blue Mediterranean...only 2 rooms with a terrace, if you can book one, do it, it's worth the extra money...I've never gotten excited by an elevator, but this one is special carved right into stone!!! Find a longe chair ( only 4, but it would be crowded with more)...

This is jaw dropping beautiful and unique. The hotel is great. Very different location. Not easy to get to, especially if you have any mobility issues. The short walk to get here and get around is worth the effort. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. We had a great room with an exit to the terrace, phenomenal views. Giulio...

Yes, I do consider myself a princess sometimes......maybe a lot. I had to stay in a castle. Even though it is the monastery part of the castle, who is counting? First off the management couldn't be better. It is spotless, as mentioned before, they have a comfy living room, very pretty gardens and gorgeous views. I have never said this...
