In my considerable experience in travelling in Europe (not so much in Italy), this was a gem. The reception staff went way above and beyond the call. All helped in numerous ways, sorting out internet issues, bookings at the next stop, etc, etc.
This is a really nice hotel: right size, right location, clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Travel by local train to the other Cinque Terre towns is easy and fun. The rooms are fine, the breakfasts excellent, the hosts helpful and knowledgeable.

Take the train that goes to Levanto. You can walk to the hotel from the train station is you only have a carry on and other bag. I would contact the hotel and speak to David who is very good at giving directions. Hope this... More
