Personally, I wouldn't say that staying in a trullo is a "must-do" when you're in Puglia. It seems a bit overhyped, although we really liked the charm of Alberobello (it was too early in the season to be too overburdened with tourists) and were glad we stayed in/near the town. This is a really good option if you do -...

This was a great place to stay, fresh croissants delivered every morning. Well equipped and very comfortable with friendly and helpful hosts. It was also a good base for exploring the area and was near a supermarket. There was also a covered car park to keep the car cool. Lovely terrace to have breakfast on and to relax on in...

The Rosa dei Trulli are located just 1km outside town, which means there is parking for guests. We drove to town from there and found free parking about 200 metres from the World Heritage Trulli areas. Living inside a Trulli allowed us to experience just how well these buildings function. They are cool inside even on a very hot day....

This is a wonderful B&B set on pristine grounds in Alberobello. The family went out of their way to help us, recommended food, places to see, and even grilled our meat for dinner one night. Very family friendly. Everything you need in the kitchen. Only complaint is the king size bed mattress was very hard. But, not awful. We will...

This is a traditional Trulli building and we had 2 rooms including Rosa Suraya which we really loved. It is the most spacious of the 3 rooms. The property is really close to town with free parking and is ideal for a trip where you may want to sit and relax outside as well as sightsee. We met Beppe and...

We stayed in Rosa Soraya, one of the three apartments on site. Compared to other trullos in town, this one is very spacious as it is a real apartment with 2 rooms, a full kitchen, a very spacious bathroom and a big terrace (private to you but can be seen by others). Best of all, the grounds are gated and...

What a fun little place to stay! Beppe, his wife Giovanna and daughter Katia were most gracious! Even their 8 beautiful cats (outdoors) were friendly to us! ... Our room (Rosa Tea) was clean and cozy. The shower in the bathroom was fit for a Hobbit. (Actually it adjusted for us normal size folks.) The WiFi worked well. The breakfast...

Nice trulli, complete and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was non-existant, just biscuits and prepacked croissants. So it is more an appartment than b&b. Besides that it is a nice place to visit Alberobello.

We stayed in the Sulphurea-- sleeps 2 in the loft, atmosperic accomodation, private patio & larger patio in the gardens. Surrounded by olive trees & roses. Shaded parking. 2-5 min drive to the Trulli. 2-5 min drive to supermarkets. Beppe & family most warm welcoming, concerned for a memorable stay, & anxious for feedback to improve.

When we pulled up to this charming place, my husband couldn't believe his eyes, we were staying in a real Trulli home. The grounds are also beautiful and the owners couldn't have been more helpful. We had been sailing in Croatia for 2 weeks before taking the ferry to Italy and so had a lot of laundry. The unit even...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Unique moments of relax Arrived at the Bed & Breakfast La Rosa dei Trulli you will be pleasantly surprised by the scents and by the colors. The white stone of the trullli is in contrast to the lush green of the garden and the blue pastel of the sky. The large square in front of the residences offers a splendid panorama view over the town of Alberobello and over the surrounding countryside. ... more   less
