This hotel caters for coach groups and functions. It is spacious, with pleasant gardens and a large swimming pool. There is also a spa, and shuttle bus to nearby Alberobello. Our room had no view, decorated in dark colours and had plenty of hot water. Meals for our tour group were in the most distant part of the restaurant. The...

Stayed 4 nights in a trullo which was probably 2 nights too long. It was an experience, and the beds were comfortable but, because it was authentic, it was also inconvenient, particularly the bathroom. The food was lovely and very well presented. Staff throughout professional and helpful. Lovely outside sitting area and pool area. There is no phone signal or...

I have been in Alberobello for meeting a client and I decided to book here . Beautiful place that keeps its tradition and offers different solution , from nice and spacious room to traditional Trullo . A fantastic SPA for relaxing after a day around or business meetings. Shame I couldn't use the pool ..

Perfect location, quiet, relaxing, friendly staff and good food. Loved having pets as residents! Cat sleeping on sofa and dog pottering around, made it feel very welcoming. Many different outdoor areas to sit and relax

Our travel group stayed November 26th, 2016. There was a very, very loud band that played on the premises that night and into the wee hours. At 2AM, the music finally stopped but not before my sleep and nerves were shot. The grounds are very nice as is the American Style Breakfast Buffet. There are Truli homes on the premises....

The hotel was part of a Globus tour. The property is fine, but the heavily amplified music continued past 2 AM and many in the group reported interrupted sleep. At least one reported that they called the front desk with no result. Since rest is a central benefit offered by a hotel, this was a great disappointment. The location worked...

Absolute garbage! I understand that the Italian culture has siesta time but why do you need to close the gym from noon to 3pm every day?! Gyms don't even need to be staffed unless they are selling memberships or training people! I know this because I myself am a gym owner. I desperately needed a workout and woke up at...

Out of town contemporary large comfortable hotel. Front desk was excellent and helpful in many ways. Room clean, comfortable and quiet with good beds. Slightly unusual setup for lobby bar- very public and nothing intimate. Convenient 5 euro shuttle (taxi) to town; drivers good about return pickups. Pleasant stay.

On a tour so we had transport but this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Well set out and modern both breakfast and evening meal were OK but nothing special. The hotel serves afternoon tea in the bar. As well as staying in the hotel there are also Trulli in the grounds which can be rented out. Seems to...

My wife and I stayed in a trullo whilst on a Travelsphere holiday. It was an interesting experience and the trullo was comfortable and clean. There was a problem with the shower(which appeared to be common to the other trulli)in that there is no shower screen and unless care is taken the bathroom becomes a wet room !I cannot comment on the...
