We were in town for a wine tasting event. Stayed here for the night. Perfect family motel. Clean economical and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to the small piazza great place to eat and wonder around, check out the local wines and a must stop is the butcher shop that dates back to 1800 still owned by the...

We stayed for only one night and booked a standard double room, but I suspect we were upgraded to a superior room as our room was very large with a beautiful canopy bed. We also had a huge terrace/balcony right at the front of the hotel. We visited on the second weekend of September when the Chianti Classico Tuscan Wine...

We stayed here two nights in May. It is in a good location, close to the town square. The rooms are clean. A little English is spoken and combined with my little Italian it worked. I don't know what else to say except it is a no frill hotel with a comfortable bed, it was clean and the room was...

The room was clean and big, with wooden floor. We had a balcony with a nice view. There was WiFi - which worked - and TV - which didn't. Breakfast was OK, but not great. In many ways it was a little of-fashioned and very personally driven. For instance you were supposed to deliver the key in the reception -...

We stayed in Casa al Sole for one night during the Chianti Wine tasting event. The hotel is close to the center of Greve in Chianti. Although the rest of the room was clean we saw that the bathroom wasn't. We uploaded some pictures to show this. Wifi reception on the first floor was good. The breakfast was fine. This...

Nice clean, adequate room and good value for money. Breakfast extensive but basic. Good on route accomodation that served it purpose. Close to nice restaurants and wineries. Recommend for short stays.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our cycling trip through Tuscany. The location is good but that's about it. I found the room to be very basic but clean. I just found the owners to be very unfriendly, I didn't have any cash on me to pay the local tax fee so I gave her my credit card...

This hotel has three stars, two would be closer to the truth. The place is a little worn down, AC does not work properly and the breakfast is mediocre, watery juice, funny tasting coffee and no real bread. Still, the hotel is centrally placed and the staff is very friendly which to some degree compensate the standard problems.

It's a confortable, family owned hotel in the city of greve with reasonable prices. Rooms were spacious, decoration was a bit tacky. Breakfast was tipically italian, no frills but ok. Note that there's no elevator (our room was at the 2nd floor)

We stayed here while we were on a hiking tour and found this place to be a great base. The location is good - right on one of the main streets and is a close walk to the main piazza. The rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast a typical B&B food and decent selection for...
