We have had very good experience staying at Villa Fabbroni for a little over a week in August. The property is located "centrally" to most attractions in Tuscany - it is about 45 min drive from Florence, about an hour to Pisa, Sienna and San Giminiano etc. The property is located in the center of the Chianti country and quite...

Villa Fabbroni, lies just 20 kilometers south of Florence in the rolling hils above the small village called San Polo in Chianti. After driving up in to the hills you reach the little castle. The view is breathtaking and it is so peaceful and quiet, besides from the acationl bird sounds. I have been holidaying at this place with my...

Been there with a group of friends for the bank holiday weekend. We got to stay in Villa Panzalla with an amazing view and private pool. We also had dinner at Stefano's restaurant in Villa Fabbroni - 4 course menu for €20! And it was delicious :)

I am not exaggerating when I say that this villa was heaven on Earth. From the view to the accommodations to the owners, I literally do not have a negative (or even mediocre) thing to say about this place! We arrived later than expected (around 9pm) and were tired and hungry (and didn't feel like driving back down the hill)....

This beautiful property in the hills above San Polo in Chianti is just one unbelievable experience. How often can one stay in the 13th century mini castle with an unobstructed view of olive orchards and vineyards? The accommodations are rather eclectic but very pleasant and the proprietors are absolutely delightful. If we come back to this area we will definitely...

We have just stayed at Villa Fabbroni as part of a wedding party that occupied the whole place, so we were lucky enough to observe all the apartments. All of them had special qualities, some with beautiful drapes and antique furniture and others quite rustic with huge wooden beams and stone tiled floors, all very impressive. We arrived late in...

It's quite a climb in our little car up the small mountain overlooking San Polo - and the lights of Firenze on the way up. The villa is several hundred years old, filled with antiques, many if not most of them fake (but they fooled me!). The villa is one of two (there's another, Villa Panzoni, about a kilometer by...

I just spent a week at Villa Fabbroni and it was a week in heaven. Stefano and Sergio are wonderful hosts who make sure their guests are well taken care of. The four course dinners on Saturday and Sunday nights, the pizza on Tuesday night, the daily delivery of bread, tomatoes from their garden - now you see why it...

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Villa Fabbroni. Stefano and Sergio were excellent hosts and have really turned this villa into a warm and inviting home for visitors. The property is fantastic and in a quiet/peaceful location with quick access to the Tuscan countryside. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to visit Tuscany! Ciao!

We hired all 7 villas for my 50th birthday. As most guests were coming from Australia I wanted to make sure all went well. I needn’t have worried. The owners, Stefano and Sergio, were amazing. They fully catered for my birthday, an amazing feast. Feed us the night we arrived, offered advice on what do see and do. Arranged a...

“I prefer Fabbroni over Panzano. We've stayed in both. The views from either are lovely. Drive slowly up the dirt road - it starts out paved (turn left at the post office in San Polo and follow the road straight ahead for about 2 kilometers. You'll think you've driven off the map, it's so rough, but it's still a great ride up. When you think you're at the top (you won't be), look for the Villa Fabbroni sign ahead and down.”
