This former convent has been turned into a fine 'residenza d'epoca'. It is full of character, full of old furniture, lots of books and prints. Our room was huge, with a spacious balcony and rather small bathroom with shower. The mezzanine contained a jaccuzzi we were not supposed to use. The pool (annex poolhouse with shower) was very agreeable and...

We stayed at this Agriturismo for two nights and it was ok except that our room was spread over two floors...the bedroom on the third floor and the sitting room (with a jacuzzi smack in the middle of it) along with the bathroom was up yet another flight of stairs. At least they were connected by stairs within the unit....

Rooms are very clean, location is great with nice walks all around and day trips to interesting sites, breakfast very inviting served in a beautiful, homely dining area. The hosts the most friendly I have ever met.

We used Il Biribino as our home base to tour Umbria and southern Tuscany. After being met at the door by Peppa the house pet potbellied pig, we were treated like family. Maurizio and his family did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. We were very lucky to share our time there with some other wonderful guests!...

Visited for just one night for business. The building is beautiful and has been restored to a fabulous standard. The owners are just fantastic! Friendly, welcoming and cheerful! The rooms are quirky due to the age of the building which we love! The pool is fabulous and the area itself peaceful and scenic.

Wonderful small old place to stay. Staff/owners were very friendly. There was a pig roaming around outside! Place used to be an old convent. Very good spot to stay in "real" italy. Great restaurants 10 minutes away.

We were welcomed with a big smile and a warm welcome. After checking in we were offered a glass of Prosecco beside the pool, what a great start! The guest house was clean and cosy. We stayed for the evening meal (a set menu) and were impressed by its simplicity and great taste. Our hosts were always around and ready...

We just stopped here for one night, but the experience was a wonderful one. We had 2 dogs and we found Il Biribino welcoming. The fields across the road were perfect. The hosts helped us book another place to stay as we were traveling. The food was good and the village was friendly.
