This hotel is perfect if you want to escape the crowds, noise and commerce. Mar Y Paz offers no luxury but has a lot of charm, and if you are lucky you could get the room on the top floor with an astounding view over the bay and mountains. The hotel manager Nina is the perfect guide, just ask her...

2:nd time we choose to stay at Mar Y Paz Hotell :) Lina & Eduardo and Benedict even remembered us from our first stay in 2014. The Hotell is very, very clean - we were there for a week and got our our towels changed and our apartment cleaned three times! To our delight, no TV! The wifi only works...

Great stay! Clean appartment, friendly and very helpful staff and the hotel is situated in a more chill part of town without all the in-your-face-tourism. On top of that the appartment has a small kitchen with fridge and stowe and functioning aircondition. Simple but nice - very recommended :-)

When i booked the ticket from Fritidsreosor.se it looked fantastic, but the service was non existent, and the pictures at the website showed a bar, but the bar was never opened. when i complained to Fritidsresor the picture of the bar magically dissapeard, but i never got a callback or any compensation.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the English-German pubs and the nightlife but around the hotel it is calm and nice and mostly local people. There are 2 bars within 50 meters and a swimmingpool with seawater. The bus to most destinations...

Although basic, these appartments are spacious, clean and is a fab location. We had a corner room so overlooked the sea and the main promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Not much going on in the hotel itself but it was a 5 minute walk to the main promenade with cocktails bars, restaurants and shops. Loved this place...
