The hotel was fabulous! Great food, service and kids disco at night.
We loved the Halloween celebrations, the hotel made an outstanding effort: the decorations, creepy food labels in the restaurant, the pumpkins and trick or treat bags for the children.
There are lots of reviews regarding the price of drinks at the hotel but €2.50 for water and €11 for a bottle of wine is quite standard across many hotels.
There were no welcome drinks on arrival but there was a complimentary bottle of water in our room and cava at breakfast each morning.
Location is wonderful, so close to the beach, bus to palma is just around the corner. Palma is beautiful and well worth a visit.
I’d recommend booking an apartment rather than a studio if you can. The only complaint from us would be the studio rooms on the ground floor were a bit tired and smelly. It was end of season but when we first arrived we could smell what we could only describe as a cigarette smoke smell in the room. The fridge was switched off and smelly and the cupboards in the kitchenette also had a bad smell. Reception staff did send some one to fix the fridge and spray air freshener. They offered us 2 alternative rooms but the room next door also had the smell and then the room upstairs would have incurred an upgrade charge even though it was the same room layout just one floor up. We had family members staying on floor 4 and their apartment room was amazing. Another family member on floor 2 had a room similar to ours but slightly nicer with a shower and a bath so there definitely are some lovely rooms, ours just didn’t give us the wow factor unfortunately.
October in Majorca was much warmer than I thought. We were in the sea swimming most days. The UV levels are much lower though so don’t expect a tan. The pools were cold but the indoor pool was lovely so we used this when we had a rainy day.
Lots and lots still open in Palma Nova but there was a few closing events at bars along the beach on Sat 2nd November. The hotel closed on the Sunday 3rd as we went home.
Magaluf beach was closed for winter refurbishment.

Breakfast was hot and continental breakfast with everything from cereal, fruit, yogurt and a huge variety of breads/baguettes etc to sausages, bacon, pancakes, eggs etc.
Dinner was different meats/fish, salad, chips veg, pizza etc with a fantastic variety.
Outdoor pool was cold but weather was still early 20’s most days so expected. Outdoor pool for children is fantastic with plenty of slides. Indoor pool which we used the most was heated and great for my little boy where we spent most of pool time.
Room had a small kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. Bathroom has a shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Handwash also available. Hairdryer on wall in bathroom. Towels are changed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and rooms made up on request everyday.
The room we stayed in was just above reception and we could hear the phone etc after hours but didn’t keep us up, the bar closed at 11pm and lights went out in bar around 11:30 which was strange but you could still sit on if you wish, with lights shining from reception.
Safe was available for €10 deposit and €2.50per day and €10 deposit for iron and ironing board.
Overall our stay was fantastic and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Location
Right at the bottom of Palma Nove where it meets Magaluf.
Plenty of bars and restaurants and close to the beach.
The beach is soft sand all the way into sea so no worries there.
It is not the cleanest though, lots of cigarette butts, bottle tops and fruit and fruit peel. The sea itself has poor visibility for snorkelling.
Compared to golden mile in Tenerife and Lara beach Turkey the resort is quite grubby with lots of dog crap trodden in.to the pavement which is never cleaned.
Beer is about 4 euros a pint and roughly 9.5 euros for a short.
For us the best bars where at the other end of the resort, Studio 63, Banana Joes, Taylor’s etc.
Hotel
Nothing special just average hotel, though would be better regarding the reviews it has.
Staff always friendly and helpful and a smile on their faces.
Drinks are expensive, 4.5 euros for a coke at the snack bar.
Food is good but quite salty, repeats after a week.
No dairy free options only lactose free milk, disappointing.
Lots of entertainment for the kiddies which there are a lot of.
If you want a more peaceful breakfast go before 8.45 before the majority of youngsters get there.
Room
The room is of decent size, we had a studio facing pool and sea.
Good size fridge but very limited clothes hang space, even for one person let alone a family.
Balcony is a good size but only 2 chairs to sit on, balconies get smaller the higher the floor.
TV is shocking, small with only 2 English channels , E4 and E4 +1, so no catching up on the news.
Bathroom has a glass frosted door which my 14 yr old hated, it has a gap you can see through all around it, so not much privacy.
Shower is a cascade type with a drain directly underneath it. This has 4 sloping sides to it so you be standing on uneven floor which none of us liked.
Bathroom itself has the same wood effect flooring on the walls so is a bit dull and dingy.
Gym
This is small and was in a dangerous state of repair when we visited, whole stack of weights broken off from its supporting frame.
Spa
The spar itself is ok but remember to use it you have to purchase a swimming hat, so not free.
The cost of these hats is an unbelievable 6.5 euros each.
Also there are no toilets down there for what ever reason, unbelievable.
Pool Area
The pool is small and full of kids so you won’t be doing any swimming, no adults pool here.
Sun bed situation seems better than most places though, take your stuff down at breakfast. Get there for about 8.45, they seem to let you claim a sunbed once staff finished hosing down 8.45 onwards.
Snack bar expensive so I would stock up from Aldi with drinks and snacks.
All staff at the hotel were courteous and kind. A big shout out to Lander at reception - he greeted us so warmly when we arrived in a storm and was super helpful with any request we had. Slight negatives were the pool cleaning with poo incidents meant it was shut a few times which was disappointing for my children. Also crazy that water is charged at dinner but free at breakfast.
The hotel is in a great location with gorgeous beaches close by. I would come back.
The hotel offers a great activity programme run by very friendly staff, who have always gone above and beyond to make our children feel special, also giving them the opportunity to make friends. The use of the warm indoor pool for use at this time of year is also an added bonus as well as a very welcoming and relaxing, high spec spa for the adults.
The hotel is only a two minute stroll to one of the beautiful beaches of Palma Nova and lots of bars / restaurants/ shops on the doorstep and beyond. Lots of walking opportunities nearby into Palma Nova and Maguluf if you wish. Very peaceful location for sunbathing around the large pool with a cafe bar, and there are fabulous separate splash pool(s)/ fun slides, and sunloungers for families with younger children. Life guards are always present, and all areas kept extremely clean and safe.
Breakfast and evening meals are buffet style and offer a wide range of delicious food, catering for all needs, and the different nationalities at the hotel. We've always enjoyed our meals and enjoy trying the many treats and delights. There are indoor and outdoor dining facilities in pleasant surroundings and themed evening options. Staff work extremely hard with a smile on their faces.
We have stayed in a range of rooms, of different sizes, all kept immaculately clean with fresh linen and towels and the added benefit of kitchen facilities, (including a fridge) and air con as standard. Nothing is too much trouble if needed.
All staff have been absolutely fabulous during all of our four stays and are so friendly. It is so lovely how they remember us and welcome us back with open arms. Many thanks to you all for making our holidays so enjoyable.😊

The hotel is very close to numerous bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach. Supermarkets very close by, Aldi is within a 5/6 minute walk. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk and taxis park up on the main road outside the hotel (we got one back to the airport)
We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel which is run perfectly by Oscar and his team.
We had an apartment which was very well set out and maintained! We had a lovely little kitchen with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and air con worked very well!
The food was outstanding! I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the food was as good! Breakfast is the same most mornings, good quality, and plenty of choice. Dinner was different every night, lots of choice even for fussy eaters. There is a different theme to each night, and always have things such as pasta, different salads, meats & cheeses available each night. There is also a separate children buffet for breakfast and dinner, with a good selection for them. There is always a good choice of fresh fruit available and a lovely selection of puddings! The restaurant is spotless, food is always hot and replenished very regularly!
The only very slight fault that we can find with the whole hotel, it that the pools are very cold, especially for our 1 year old.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
We were allocated a very spacious room on the 4th floor (room 422 would highly recommend)
Room was spotless with a lounge/diner/kitchen (with balcony), separate large comfortable bedroom (with balcony) and 2 large shower rooms.
Rooms were well cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels.
Safety deposit box in bedroom (deposit of 10 euros)
Location is excellent being 5 minutes from the beach and well within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday at a top notch hotel.
