This all inclusive hotel was small but well serviced, the breakfast was excellent and the food was the normal standard for all inclusive, the pool/bar/baby pool and sun lounges area are prefect size for the hotel. We were a party of three mums and our room (34) had a bit of a sea view and was a massive room with...

We have stayed in this all inclusive hotel for the 4th year running now. I can not fault this, the rooms are clean & the maid visits once daily. All clean towels etc. We have always had lovely views from our rooms but unfortunately this year we were facing a wall although very quiet around this side of the hotel....

Second trip here and this is definately the last time to this hotel. Staff are pleasant and the hotel is in the best location in palmnova. But the hotel is knackered, full week stay of horrible deep noises bellowing through the whole room all night from the tired outdated water heaters and air con machines. Rooms are extremely tired and...

Location is perfect. Walk out of the hotel and you're practically on the beach. Lots of shops and bars close by and Magaluf a 5 min taxi ride away. Hotel was clean, staff were all lovely. Food was average but even the fussiest of eaters will be able to find something they can eat. McDonalds and a few other restaurants...

Booked this hotel for my wife and 5 friends for celebration. They were put into some sort of annexe at back of main hotel. These rooms were up and down many flights of stairs. Bearing in mind these ladies were in early sixties, I fealt this was shocking. Had no tv or hair dryers. Small pool with not enough beds....

Just returned from a great holiday with my mum. The holiday didn't get off to a great start as we arrived and helped ourselves to a drink of water in a plastic cup, the make receptionist couldn't have been ruder to my mother telling her sharply to take it off the desk. He then insisted I move myself with my...
