Ca's Saboners Aparthotel enjoys acclaim for its friendly staff and professional service, which many guests find exceptional. The lively family-friendly atmosphere, complete with a kids disco and evening shows, is a hit, though the noise level can be a point of contention due to less than ideal soundproofing. Visitors consistently commend the hotel for its cleanliness and superb value. The well-liked amenities, including a pristine pool and proximity to the beach, enhance the experience. While rooms are generally spacious and well-kept, some guests suggest improvements in sound insulation and maintenance.

Booked these apartments last minute for a 4 night bank holiday break in the sun. A little bit apprehensive as we would usually go somewhere 4 star or more however we were not disappointed.

We opted for a ground floor apartment with terrace. These are beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, etc. The best part for me is everywhere is extremely clean- you can smell how clean the whole place is. The bedding is spotless, even under beds/ behind fridges etc the cleaners were making sure everywhere is thoroughly cleaned. Towels are changed daily which is great for apartments, and floors mopped.
We had a disabled access room, not by choice but this was fine, spacious walk in powerful shower. The only thing missing was a dressing table area however there was a full length mirror. The children’s beds were comfy and there was still lots of space in the apartment when these were out.

Entertainment is basic but there if you want it and activities for children. My son enjoyed water polo. Pool snacks were nice, as were drinks, happy hour 4-6pm was good. Our children enjoyed the slush drinks. Breakfast was great really for the standard of the hotel. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Location is perfect for Palma Nova, the beach, shops, etc and only 20 mins from airport.
We will hopefully be back! Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

This was out first family holiday abroad with our 4 year old and after much searching online we picked this hotel for the secure pool area, apartment style rooms over looking the pool and general good family reviews.

We stayed 7 nights, arrived at 11.20am with room not ready until 2pm but we knew this could be the case as clearly stated on website so no issue and just pottered around the shops after storing our cases in the hotel lock up, other than that i must say we had a great time, no issues with sun loungers though the ones near the children's pool went early in the morning, the pool was always clean with things for the kids to do like crafts and dancing etc by the entertainment team during the day. The evening entertainment was hit and miss but still worth watching if not out and about, from our room we could see the stage from the balcony anyway on the 2nd floor.

The hotel is generally quiet, clean and cant really pick any fault with it to be honest, we only stayed B&B so cant comment of the evening meals but breakfast was always nice, fresh and warm and the pool snack bar did some nice food and drinks, my little one loved the pool, the slide, the water sprays and activities around the pool. The hotel is also in a good location, if on foot you can go out the hotel down about 40 steps and you are 100 yards off the beach front with shops etc, if with a buggie or wheel chain, turn left and walk down a slightly less direct route but no steps in less than 7mins to the beach.

We don't often go back to the same hotel or resort for that matter two years in a row but this hotel and resort has been added to the short list already for 2025 as we cant fault Palma Nova at all.

P.S though close to Magaluf we never seen or heard any noise or trouble and the hotel was mainly familys or older couples relaxing when we went, we did walk the 15mins into Magaluf one day and well, what a hole so quick shop and back to Palma Nova.

Katmandu park worth a visit but get there early to beat the ques and the Palma Nova beaches just lovely, we had 2 out of 5 days there all day.

Thanks for a great first abroad holiday with our little one.

If you are reading the reviews as you have booked up and are wondering what this place is like… then you are in for the most wonderful holiday ever.

If you are thinking of booking, then do it immediately!

Location is fabulous - steps to beach which is stunning. Takes 3 mins. Go for a walk at sunrise and you will not be disappointed.

Turn left for souvenir shops etc… turn right on the beach for some gorgeous restaurants. We would recommend Mira (nice food) Olive Tree (pricey but so worth it) and BMax Beach Club (reasonable and food good).

Supermarket next door which is expensive but so handy for bits and bobs like drink for room and crisps etc.. Aldi felt like a bit of a hike in the heat and we couldn’t have carried much home, but maybe a ten min walk at most.

Reception staff so helpful and check in was a breeze. Sorted us a pushchair which was a godsend and always so helpful and professional.

Breakfast was lovely. Good selection and again staff very helpful and friendly.

Pool snack bar was fantastic. Food very good and happy hour drinks are a must. Staff great and very kind with our kids.

Entertainment on a night was perfect for us as a family with a 4 year old but might not be for everyone. Mini disco with party dances then a show - singers, magic acts, parrot show… always could get a seat no matter what time we went. Pool tables, ping pong, basket ball game for older kids to use.

Pool area was fantastic. The pool opens at ten which meant we could get food and drink into the kids before they wanted to be playing, but could use sunbeds from any time. The pool is bigger than it looks on photos - one side is more for adults/relaxing on floaties as it’s deep, the other shallow and more for playing! The kids pool and slide is lovely too and has a cute little park next to it. No queuing for sunbeds and we got them every day with no fuss. At certain times in the day there would be games/activities/pool games but they did not interfere with chill time.

Room had everything you need and all rooms look over the pool. We paid extra for ground floor and would do the same again. You get two sunbeds in with your room and a bit of grass out the front of each room that kids played on/we sunbathed on. Complex is small enough that you can sit outside of your room on a night and hear the shows, but when you shut the doors it is so quiet.

If you are like me and religiously check the weather before going away, please pay it little heed. Weather apps all said different things and none were 100% right! Just think, if it’s cooler then you can read your book without being chewed by the sun, and play on beach without being too hot. To be honest, by the last day we were all a bit over the sunshine and stayed in the rooms much more!!!

I like to look at reviews before I go somewhere so hope this helps. I can’t speak highly enough of the place overall and I’m so glad I picked here!

We stayed in room 160 and it was lovely. The bedroom was big, 2 single beds, wardrobe, office table and chair plus bedside tables and a safe(pay extra) . The kitchen/living area had a sofa bed that rolled out from the bottom and there was a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and 2 ring electrical hob. Kitchen table and chairs and a large balcony with table and 4 chairs all overlooking the large pool. There was a TV in the kitchen and the bedroom. The bathroom had the usual things in it with a walk-in shower- good water pressure. The place was spotless and you could have room cleaned and laundry changed every day. We only ate there once for breakfast and it was a buffet and very good. There was entertainment every night for both children and adults- some shows were better than others. It had a tiny lift which was necessary for us as our son is a wheelchair user. He uses a manual wheelchair and it was a tight fit to get through the apartment door but once inside he was fine but he didn’t use his chair inside. There are ground floor apartments but we were up on the first floor (only 2 upper floors). I would recommend Ca’s Saboners as it’s only a few minutes walk down to the beach and the shops and restaurants. Very good walking areas to go with a wheelchair. The hotel is at the top of the road on a small hill, not too steep. Very friendly and helpful staff . It was very quiet in the hotel at night.

Recently returned from a two week stay in August at Ca’s Saboners. The reason we booked the apartments were because of the fantastic reviews. The apartments did not disappoint. Our room was on the second floor (we had a partial sea view from the front door and bedroom window which was a nice surprise) it was modern, spacious and immaculately clean. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels were supplied daily also. The apartments were quiet and we slept well. The reception staff are so friendly and polite, always greeted us with a smile and a Hello when we walked past.

There are 3 pools, one children’s pool with a small slide and two other large lovely pools. Plenty of room for all the guests. No problems getting sun loungers the first week, second week it was more difficult and we did see some people putting towels out at night (ridiculous). Most people would wait until breakfast. When people could not find a sunbed the lifeguards were very helpful at locating some for them, so if you can’t get a sunbed please ask. My only criticism of the pool area was that it wasn’t always cleaned properly and drinks and litter were left from the day before.

Bar is reasonably priced and happy hour from 4-6 is great. Buy one get one free on certain drinks. Bar staff worked hard and were always smiling. We didn’t eat much at the snack bar, kids had fries which they enjoyed. There’s a couple of pool tables, air hockey and a basket ball machine in the bar are, great for kids.

We didn’t expect much from the entertainment but what we did see of it we enjoyed and the acts were good. Reps do a good job of entertaining the kids. Arts and crafts, magic carpet and pool inflatable were many of the activities that went on during the day.

We were self catering so we did spend a lot of time at the beach and of an evening. Places I’d recommend to eat/drink are, La American Diner, Tom Browns, Blackbeards, Florida, el Chiringuito and Three brothers (the staff there are fab and the cost of food and drinks are cheap) .

Highly recommend this lovely apartments. We have already booked for next year.

We stayed on the 1st floor.
Room and balcony are big. It’s like a little flatlet. Bedroom is big with plenty of cupboard space, dressing table and full length mirror.
Loads of plug points throughout apartment.
Beds comfortable.
All modern and in good condition.
Kitchenette is well stocked with 2 hobs fridge and microwave.
Shower is lovely with overhead and smaller shower head.
Very quiet and couldn’t hear noise from other apartments.
Daily housekeeping is available, but we felt cleaning twice weekly was fine for us.

There is a lift.

Resort is spotless, cleaned thoroughly and daily including washing sun loungers and testing pool water.
No plastic waste as eco cups are used.
Sun beds are comfortable with about 4 different settings. Pool is nice and clean. Good size and kids section is separate. Lifeguard on duty all day and pool is fenced off at night.

Staff seem friendly. Pool bar food is nice and reasonably priced.

Good location close to both palma nova and Magaluf with 4 beaches within walking distance.

An excellent stay at this aparthotel for our family holiday.

We had two rooms which were next door to one another. The rooms were spacious, clean, enjoyed a good layout and benefitted from balconies with pool views. The AC was fantastic, and just the ticket in the heat of an Majorcan summer.

Rooms were cleaned on Ms, Ws, and Fs which included top ups on complimentary shower gels, shampoos and a fresh supply of bathroom towels.

We booked B&B and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Buffet style, with a good choice of fruits, yoghurts, cold meats, breads, pastries, cereals and cooked options. The restaurant was cool, clean and pleasant to eat in. There were indoor and outdoor seating options, so you could take your fancy.

We ate out most evenings - loads of lovely little restaurants all within walking distance, and we enjoyed just exploring these and just deciding what we fancied in the moment. We varied our eating time, some evenings around the 6 to 7 mark, other evenings 9 or later, and we never struggled to get in places without bookings.

Hotel v close to beach, shops, supermarket (Aldi) and just a €6 taxi ride to Western Waterpark.

Loved the bar, loved happy hour, loved the entertainment. Loved the pool, inflatables allowed, shallow and deep areas, so all good. All in all, very happy and would certainly recommend this as a great place for families to stay.

Just back home after another wonderful holiday at the Cas Saboners, with my wife and youngest son as per usual and this occasion with one of my other son and his partner and 2 Grandkids.

And once again I cannot find any fault with my stay.

The staff once again from the cleaners, to the reception staff to bar and restaurant to entertainment staff were first class polite, helpful and friendly and for me you cannot ask for more.

It was our first time we have stayed for Bed and Breakfast we usually stay room only and the breakfast was good, with plenty of selection to suit all tastes eldest grandson was very taken with the pancakes, and the youngest with the water melon his favourite fruit.

The nightly entertainment was good, especially the Queen tribute, if you get chance to see these guys please do they were excellent.

On the subject of the building work near the hotel, there are two cranes in the distance, and I mean in the distance.

But there was no dust or dirt, and honestly the only noise was a a very muffled sound when the cranes moved mid morning and lasted no more than 10 minutes at the most , but you really had to listen hard before you realised where it was coming from, in fact the wife did not even hear it.

So please don't be put off by any reports regarding the building work its honestly not a problem, give this wonderful hotel your support they really do deserve it.

Thank you to hotel for the bottle sparkling wine that they gave to me to celebrate my 60th Birthday whilst I stayed it was very much appreciated.

And finally a massive thank you to all the staff and management at the hotel, and we will see you again next year.

Beautiful hotel . We had a first floor apartment, lovely view of the pools . Beds in bedroom were really comfy . The sofa bed wasn’t quite as comfy but adequate. The air conditioning was excellent,it was both in bedroom and living area , filled the room in minutes. The balcony was a good size , we were in room 125 , our balcony got the morning sun , shade in evening. The cleaners came every day , brought fresh towels and cleaned if you wanted . The staff were all lovely . Check I and check out were really fast .
The pools were a great size . One was quite deep and the other went from very shallow to 1.25 metres . There was also a kids pool with a slide .
There was entertainment by the pool every day , water aerobics and dancing , magic carpet , bouncy castle , water basketball for kids . There were table tennis and air hockey games to win cocktails. There was bar food from 10 till 5 , you could get takeaway to eat by the pool or sit at the plentiful tables in the shade . The fries were lovely . Happy hour in the bar was from 4 to 6 o’clock . Two drinks for the price of one but you had to get the same two drinks . The poo area was lovely , there were lots of sun loungers but I did go down at 8 in the morning and put our towels on .
We had breakfast included. There was a good selection of the usual stuff . Reception told us the later times would be busy but we never had to wait .
The hotel is in a lovely area , it’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach . There are steps across the road leading down to the shops , restaurants and beach . The beach itself is lovely , you can walk along a promenade to another beach . We got a boat trip out from the pier , it was really good . Two hours , with a stop for crisps, a drink and a swim if you want .
There are some lovely restaurants nearby . The grill house is the nearest and one of the best . Beautiful food . We also loved Barbuda beach .
