Arrived at the hotel after a flight delay to a lovely welcome from a very efficient receptionist who checked us in promptly and told us there was some food arranged as we had missed the evening meal due to the delay, it was a cold platter and very nice. We were given our room cards and found our room didn’t have the 2 single beds we had requested via our travel agent, back to reception where it was sorted very quickly and we were soon settled in room 414 which was an upgrade to a Privilege room giving us access to the Roof Terrace Pool. The room is spotlessly clean with a small fridge, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and toiletries. There are coffee, tea, sugar etc also.. We had a fabulous view from our balcony which had 2 comfortable chair and a table. The room was cleaned daily if required, the ‘do not disturb’ and maid required or not is a button by the door you just click it and the light shows outside the room. This hotel is very modern and is spotlessly clean, the staff all work very hard and are friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect and you can get to the beach and bars via a gate at the rear of the hotel just past the pool, you use your room card for entry. The bus stop if you want to venture out of the resort is situated just opposite the gate. You can tap your card on and off the bus as payment. The pool area is lovely with lots of sunloungers some of which are situated in the water, the pools are not heated but a couple of guests braved it. The food was if a typical standard and I had no problem finding something for breakfast and dinner,with it being the start of the season I didn’t expect a full choice, I was informed that they do themed evenings Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Spanish .. I had the Chinese food and it was lovely, lots of desserts to choose from too. Breakfasts is plentiful too. The bar was nice and relaxing and the drinks were priced fairly. You could buy snacks from the bar at lunchtime and I found a good menu and again fairly priced.This hotel is cashless you can either charge to your room or pay as you go along, which is what we did. I loved my short break to this hotel , if you are looking for an adults only l, chilled and relaxing break this is perfect. There is entertainment but i didn’t get to see it so cannot comment on this . The management have a great team keeping this hotel running smoothly. The weather was amazing for the time of year, we found some lovely places for a morning coffee on the beachfront and I must mention Taylor’s Cocktail Bar which served the most amazing cocktails and food you must pay a visit. As we left a lot more of the businesses were opening up for the season.

We’ve been to palma nova several times and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in, excellent location with a back gate leading on to main promenade opposite the beach.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, and all staff are polite and friendly. we stayed in a pool view room (208) in the main hotel which was a good size with 2 double beds, room cleaned daily and towels changed, the only fault I could find was the hairdryer in the bathroom which is very dated and not very good but next time I’d just bring my own!
Will not hesitate to book here again as it is a lovely hotel, you do get the odd person putting towels on beds early in the prime spots, but we never had any trouble getting beds as we noticed a lot of people would come and go throughout the day and remove their towels when they did. The food and drink at the pool bar is really good and quite reasonably priced

There is also a pillow service where you can additionally have some brought to the room for free we also found really good. Location is also good close to the beach. Rooms were clean and what was important to us is that it will be a relaxing holiday, in the hotel it was not loud in the evening and morning so you could enjoy it. First time at this hotel, booked it based on great reviews which I’m now in total bewilderment of to be honest.
Check in was efficient but not the most welcoming we’ve ever had, booked 2 comfort rooms through OTB with sea views. Found out there was a ‘panoramic’ annexe (another building connected by a tunnel) behind the hotel which we had been placed in. Requested if second room could be a twin for our 2 twenty year old sons. No couldn’t be done only a king available.
There was a sea view over the car park and at the side of the hotel I thought we had booked into. On a plus the room size was good and the bathroom well appointed apart from the 1980s hair dryer attached to the wall. Kettle and fridge in room, no iron but one was provided when requested. Room had safe which was key operated, deposit of 10euros but then had to carry key around with us all week. Obviously not heard of digital safes in this 4 star hotel. Oh and pool towels provided for another deposit of 10euros each and a charge of 1euro each every time you wanted a clean one (environmental tax)
The housekeeping was good, room cleaned everyday, and the general areas were clean and well maintained. The pool area was fairly cramped and the sun beds were available if you got to the pool by around 9am. The plastic parasols look tacky and should be replaced for more modern ones.
The breakfast was ok, pretty average tbh, the egg station offering fried or what closely resembled an omelette. Coffee machines through out a decent cup and hot water for tea etc.
The restaurant staff were mainly efficient and friendly, specifically Anna and Angel, and the smiley restaurant manager. The hotel manager wandered about but never engaged or spoke to anyone. Food and beverages were also good at the pool bar. Being in the annexe felt like we were just staying at an apartment rather than a hotel. Evening entertainment was poor and unengaging.
Ok, so to summarise, this is a really bang average adult only hotel located in an excellent spot close to good restaurants, the beach and bars. Taxi rank and bus stops right outside as well.
In our opinion watch out for being placed in the annexe. Not sure the privilege upgrade is worth the money speaking to some other guests so be careful, there are other better hotels such as Elba and Zel. Overall an ok stay but could and needs to be better for the price point.

Went at the end of May for a short break, overall it was ok, but the service and the hotel and facilities were not comparable to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in.
We were over the road in the Panoramic building which was quiet and easy to access the main hotel but the building and rooms were dated. The air con panel / tiles in the room were coming off, parts of the furniture were cracked, ripped and badly repaired and the lifts in the building broke twice and the water was off one of the days with no notice.
The gym was a decent size but all the mats were ripped, the safety key on the treadmill was missing (meaning you couldn't use it) and there was no water or towels in the gym, which is what you usually find in other 4* hotels.
Pool area was well maintained, but as other reviews have said, there were loads of hen and stag do's meaning most of the areas for general use were taken up by them. The cleaning, breakfast and female staff on the pool bar were great. The guys on the pool bar routinely ignored us when we tried to order at the bar or a table, and we gave up after a couple of times and went outside.

The experience of reverence mare was brilliant we paid for the privilege room on the top floor with private areas on the roof top. The waiting on staff where brilliant I can't fault them. The day ended badly when we was promised a shower area to shower as our pick up wasn't until 6pm, we was sent over the road to a bike area no shower gel unisex no privacy at all about 4 people in the hotel area said the same thing. I feel when you arrive they kiss your feet once your stay is over your kicked out.

For my daughter Natalie and me, this was our second visit to the Reverence Mare Hotel, Palmanova. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the selection of food in the dining room is exceptional. Except for one evening, it was only 9:15 p.m., and all the labels were removed from the food items. For me, it was OK, but for my daughter who is Coeliac or anyone with an allergy, it could cause enormous harm. They also removed all the dessert food at 9.30. Breakfast cups are too small, which means you have to queue again for a second drink, most modern hotels have mugs for drinks, it would help to reduce the queues at the coffee machines in the morning, there should be 2 more coffee machines because the guests get annoyed at having to stand for a long time to get their drink at the machines, while their breakfast gets cold. The dining room staff in particular, and throughout the hotel are very pleasant. The Pool bar and restaurant can sometimes take a long time to serve your order, best go to the Dolphin bar outside the bottom gate. The hotel location is great, it is central for shopping and close to the beaches. The various swimming pools are very unusual but work well because they give a choice to the guests. The roof bar was extremely quiet, maybe that's intentional, but the atmosphere is dead and uninviting, and if you are staying at a certain area in the hotel you cannot use the roof swimming pool, which is all wrong. The evening entertainment in the bar lounge is adequate, however, due to the government rules, the glass doors have to be closed, therefore if you are sitting on the terrace having a drink and waiting for the cabaret, you will be disappointed, because you cannot see the wonderful Flamenco dancer, and hear the absolutely fantastic best guitar player I have ever heard, or hear any of the other entertainers. Three times we had to return to reception to obtain new key cards because they would not open the room door or the pool gate, very inconvenient because we had paid extra for a room with a sea view on the 4th floor. Good food and polite, cheery and helpful staff make any holiday a success, so we enjoyed our holiday at the hotel very much, BUT, if there is one thing in particular that lets the hotel down badly for the four-star rating it is, are the sunbeds, they are the oldest, cheapest, most uncomfortable sunbeds, we, and all the other guests we spoke to, have ever sat or laid on, these ones are not even one star. Most of them are torn at the sides, so when you try to get up from them, it is difficult. Checking in was fine went to the room seems standard hotel room went into the bathroom I then see a black hair right on the sink disgusting other then that was ok. Now the pool standard pool not bad good to cool of in one of the outdoor ones should really be at least a little bit heated you need to get down there early to get a sunbed or they all go so fast and only the ones in the water are left and if you put your towel there then go to breakfast or just to get a drink the lifeguard will then come and take your towel. THEY DONT LET YOU HAVE ICE on my first day at the hotel I purchased five bottles of water from the snack bar pool area to stock up for the room I then the next day brought one down as I’d already bought them so why not use them I took it to the snack bar to ask for some ice she said not possible excuse me? It was over 30 degrees didn’t wan to drink hot water she kept saying not possible I went so I’ve purchased water here already and are wanting water for it and your saying I have to purchase more water to have ice I went to reception as when we had paid to go to the sky lounge for the day he gave me ice not problem guess when you paid £16 no issue to get cold water lol when I spoke to reception they said this is just the system I replied well your system is a scam then isn’t it she stood there and didn’t say anything nice service mate I then went behind one of the closed bars and have to help my self to ice just to have a cold drink without paying £3 when I’d already paid £15 previous day and had a water left in my opinion absolutely joke NO 4 star this hotel more like 3

Having originally requested a sea view high room we were put across the street in what is called the panoramic side of the hotel The 2 rooms we tried were very poor quality with stiff sliding wardrobe doors ,loose laminate flooring with sharp edges and gaps and a missing door, but with the hinges still attached to the frame. After 4 days and our TUI reps help ,we were moved to the main Hotel building and eventually unpacked into a much better room. The restaurant was particularly disappointing with a poor selection of food and limited choices, so much so we decided to eat out most nights ,and requested that we drop our board to bed and breakfast . This was refused by the day manageress who trough out has been uncaring and unhelpful Most other guests were of a similar opinion of the restaurant and feel they are running it on a cost saving basis rather than one of quality We were told we could request a meal choice, We requested chicken with potatoes and vegetables. We received one flattened chicken breast and a sliced fried tomato, this was for 2 adults. Pathetic However to be fair to the waiters and other staff cleaning staff etc they have been friendly helpful and keep all areas clean and safe the pool area is one of the few saving graces of this Hotel However having stayed in the resort before I feel there are much better hotels than the Reverence Mare

The hotel staff and team members are terrific and really got out of the way to try to help. Not being allowed to have any is insulting and inconvenient and they will not provide or sell ice to their guests… Unlike the other hotels that my friends were staying at. Forced to go to a grocery store every day to get ice for my room. Also no washcloths and if you want a fresh beach towel, they charge you one euro to make an exchange for your dirty Sandy or wet towel. For the price we were paying per night that’s pretty insulting

We loved staying here. The back entrance is accessed from the flat beach front. There is a lift to avoid steps to pool area. This area has a very very slight incline to entrance door. thereafter lifts are available to rooms. we were over at the panoramic area where again there is a lift. our room had a walk in shower. we would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for ease of transport. We are in our seventies. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel at the beach side. We visited Santa Ponsa. The bus also took us to Palma where we could go all over the island. it was a lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. we would highly recommend the hotel.

We were there in October and do not use the pool. At that time beds were easily accessible. I would advise looking at pictures at the pool area. It is a spa hotel. The pool area was in two levels if I can remember with the pools not being big. The sun brollies were different to what I have seen. they were plastic, in sections and you could move the sections to shade from the sun - probably because of smaller space of whole area
There are more places to choose from in the Palmanova area.
