Our first visit to las terrazas at the bendinat hotel. A beautiful location on the sea overlooking the rocks. Began with champagne sangria as it was a lovely cool day after seering heat of last few days, and lulled into la la land by a...More
We arrived at one o'clock and the restaurant was totally empty. The unpleasent waitor/head gave us a table in the sun after he has finished a long telephone conversation. After seated and realised the heat we asked for a cooler table. It was "impossible", told...More

It would be a 10/ 15 minutes walk. We have just come back from RD Mar de Portals hotel, which is very close to your hotel and we walked most days sometimes twice. Head to the closest bay to the right of the hotel looking out to sea, five minutes away from your hotel and there is a track which follows the coast line. At the top u are immediately above Roxys. Follows the steps down and ur there!

We stayed their last October with our 12 week old son. Given his age it was important that access was good. There is a newer block, which has ramp access and a lift so you will be able to avoid stair completely - I'm not sure of disability specific bathrooms as ours did not have that facility, although there was lots of space and a walk in shower.
Getting to the pool might involve 1 or 2 steps but I think it can also be accessed by avoiding them completely. Going to the restaurant will involve about 10 steep steps but the breakfast area can be accessed by going through the main hotel lobby, which pretty sure means there are no steps to access. The hotel can confirm.
The pool is pretty small and has a consistent depth with only ladders to access.
The area round Bendinat is very hilly and up to Portals Nous is very steep.
