We travelled with a 2 year old and she loved every bit of it. Food options are brilliant, every night is a different theme. There is food available at all times and the pools are great. Rooms are extremely spacious, we upgraded to a sea view and boy does it deliver! Free wifi everywhere, no need for roaming charges. The...

Very large complex with lots of space. Rooms are very clean and tidy and very spacious too. Would definitely go again. The town is a little bit quiet but the complex makes up for that. Very close to the beaches.

Since we had walked through this hotel on previous vacations to Mallorca, we decided to book it, together with a flight. Our package was breakfast+dinner and since it came with a flight it was actually quite reasonable. Arriving Since we needed to be flexible during our visit, we opted for a rental car at the airport (much cheaper than at...

Dear HDBGermany, Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience. We have 4 elevators and 2 of them, close to the adapted rooms at the ground floor, do have a ramp to be reached. We often have guests in wheelchair and we are prepared for that. The heating system has a speed regulation, which can solve...

We were here on a half board option and upgraded to all inclusive. Would highly teccomend this as there is food constantly available. Breakfast was basic but only 4 things were pre cooked (sausages beans scrambled egg and boiled egg) everything else you had to que and wait on. Same thing for dinner. Vegitarian option for dinner was lovely.. everything...

We booked a last minute deal and went self catering - BIG mistake, There is no where to eat outside the hotel. The main area is Porta Cristo and this is a £9 euro taxi ride away. The complex is so big you do feel rather alone and lost in its vastness. I advise that you go all inclusive as...

Fabulous hotel. Maid service daily. Clean & very comfortable. I stayed in Room S102 with sea view in a quiet remote part of complex. Reception staff 100% for efficiency & friendliness. Food excellent. Breakfast omelette & eggs cooked fresh to order. Buffet dinner first class. The Spanish separate restaurant on Tues & Fri evenings was also superb with first class...

I visited here with my parents in April and we had a good holiday. The resort was OK with some good points and bad, however in the summer some of these might not be so relevant! It wasn't packed which was great, you could find space by the pools or at the local beaches which were very wearable and nice...

We arrived home today from a fantastic week in this hotel complex. We were travelling with our 14 year old son and arrived at the hotel at about 11.30 and check-in was slow but in fairness it does state that rooms weren't available until 2, and everyone else we met had a very quick check-in. We arrived at our room...
