Just returned from a one week trip to Europa, the apartments are very clean but basic poolside area clean, but very boring no food or entertainment at all! But avoid going here! All the reviews about people having things pinched out of there rooms is very true! A loverly couple had there suitcase pinched with euros in on the 1st...

these apartments were basic but spotlessly clean with plenty of room and really friendly, helpful staff. the pool looked beautiful lit up in colour changing lights on a night and the little, quiet reception outdoor bar was open 24hrs if you wanted it to be and the drinks were really cheap, wine 1.30 euros and Baileys 1.50 for a very...

Just got back from 10 nights at the Europa. Wasn't expecting much after reading some reviews, so was surprised to find everything was really good. Our room overlooked the pool which looked lovely at night time. There were a few ants, but we soon got rid of them on the first day, and was no problems after that. The pool...

This is by far the worst accommodation that I have ever had the misfortune to stay at I know it is rated as a 2 star but I wouldn't give it a single star, the appartments are very basic ,smelly ,damp with a serious problem with ant infestation they are also insecure any body could access without too much effort...

If you want a painted fridge, a painted bath, drawers without bottoms, drawers without handles, and kitchen cabinets with ripped fronts then apartment 38 is for you. While the staff are friendly the complex as a whole was tired and shabby. The only good thing we can say is that it was in easy walking distance of the beach. The choices of restaurants...

We stayed here end of August. We were a bit disappointed that we had to hire a kettle and toaster from the reception - all self catering apartments should provide those two items as basic essentials. The apartments (our family had two separate apts.) really need some repairs and refurbishment. The swimming pool also needs some repair - many tiles...

Read the reviews and was a little put off but some are so wrong. We loved the accommodation and the resort. As most others say, Miguel and Irene are great. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 10 days and towels and bedding were changed twice. No ants as we were on top floor and every thing was clean...

We've just got yesterday from staying in the Europa apartments in Sa Coma, and I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays I've ever had!!! If you want a 5 star hotel go to the ritz, as some people have got to realise that the Europa is only a 2 star apartment!! Irene and Miguel that run...
